It's not about the fighting animations that are impressive but the story that express how Frieren experienced how life should be. The animation itself is beautiful. The anime is created in a not impactful but creates beauty around life itself. Quite literally recommended for everyone.

The anime was so perfect, it made me feel like Lord of the Rings in a way. The visuals, voice acting, music and sound design were so good. Wholesome throughout, Demons are actually just evil. It's very much traditional fantasy with one of the best magic systems ever.
