@@Scott2817It is a lot different from the Harley but I didn’t get rid of the Harley. The Grom is an awesome second bike for me because it’s way different than what I’m use to. Thanks for watching

Can't beat a liquid cooled motor 😉. Still boogles the mind Harley hasn't come out with a liquid cooled cruiser. Looked up the specs on comparable motors and the Liquid cooled motors have a 1/3 the displacement but almost 40% the horse power. I have a 107ci and the Indian 63ci has better numbers in HP and Torque 🤦🏾.
You are correct. When the rev max engine came out I thought Harley would put it in the touring models. But like in Harley fashion same BS and call it new! Haha thanks for commenting

Good advice on the brake side I completely removed the brake rez’s 2 bolts and the floor boards and was not a struggle, but I struggled with the linkage as could not work out where the spacer goes, so I spaced the rear but I’m not sure if I should of spaced the front. Shifts fine - thanks for the video it was helpful

i'm looking into this bike, Not as a beginner bike but because I want a cruiser though I can't justify the overpriced cost of a harley so this vulcan is appealing to me

The Grom is tons of fun.. but if it is going to be your only motorcycle I would get the ninja 500. The Grom can’t really do freeway speeds. Thanks for commenting and watching I appreciate it

@@HudsonMoto run it stock for a few weeks so you are familiar with the baseline performance. Mine is mostly stock still. Just has an exhaust. When I do the intake and maybe the cam I will also get a tuned ECM from DHM Performance to really wake it up. So far I put a thousand miles on in the last month so it’s been awesome getting 120mpg!!

@@HudsonMoto it’s just a generic Amazon one. Looks like an un marked Kemimoto one on there. It’s cheap and it works. I don’t hate the sound. I know the Leo Vince and the Yoshi are better sounding but this one is fine.

I have a 2002 Honda VFR, and it has a full toolkit for repairing everything possible in this bike from the factory. It's three times smaller than this you shown.
