I tried to comment on another video u had posted but the comments were disabled but I have an important question can u sue ur neighbors if they are constantly making noise and someone has some kind of issue with u and they know or find out where u live and they are able to sneak up on ur home and shoot u through ur window and normally u would be able to keep ur head on a swivel and keep all ur senses locked in and keep urself safe but ur already trying to enjoy urself and watch t.v listen to music play with ur pets or enjoy a nice conversation with friends and it's not like we are whispering constantly and really paranoid but ur still able to hear and see anyone sneaking up on ur home and u have cameras as well but the neighbors are constantly having parties in their backyard with a big subwoofer or a band playing Mexican music and dancing or doing construction on their home or working on wood and stuff in their garage if not their kids are back there playing basketball dribbling and shooting on the loose backboard from like morning before the sun comes out and yelling at each other or their mother is yelling at them or for them and they have a little annoying dog that is almost never in the house at first it never was at all but I think people called on them and got them in trouble or they were warned because that dog barks and barks and it's like 2-3 a.m barking constant and then it will start back up a little before 5-6 a.m barking and at first it was annoying but I found a way to block it out and said to myself at least it's a little dog and really the lil dogs are the ones that bark constantly u know they say the lil ones talk all that shit and act tough and then when the talking stops and the action happens they ain't so tough and they taking off or getting damn near eaten alive the god complex or lil man syndrome 😂 and then a few months later they got a second small dog and I just thought to myself in anger cuz they don't really even take care of the dog they had one time I had to jump the fence and the guys wife said I was a sweet young man cuz i talked to the dog nicely and asked it to be nice that I was just going to jump the gate and I didn't know she was back there until I got a full view of the backyard but if u arent able to hear the people creep up on ur home and shoot through ur windows and someone is shot and they always partyi g and drinking so u weren't able to hear them sneak up and someone shot and then also if they are it and they don't cooperate with the police to get the person shot cuz then i might assume they have something to do with it cuz they were drinking and then someone from their party shoots or its someone else know and they just had some secret hate and or they heard a rumor and acted off that but whether they cooperate or not I would like to know it's and important question and I have my reasons

I and my sister where added to our parents house when they passed. The question is if i wanted to sell our house but mt sister doesnt.. is there any way around this stand off Can I sell even if she doesnt want too. the problem is that the house is paid off ,but my sister cant afoord to help with fix up and property taxes which fall on me. My sister and mom have a mortgage. Before my mom Passed she told my sister that she wanted me to take over the mortgage and keep the house as my sister already had a house. I gave my sister 5000 dollars and took over payments. I have been paying the mortgage for 10 years now and I want to add my name to the deed. Their is still money owed on the house, but I have kept up payments. Do I have to refinance to get my sister off, or can we just have her removed as that is what she wants. Or can I add my name to the mortgage and just keep paying ? Thank you

Hello, my understanding is that a Quit Claim Deed specifically is for a quick way to transfer the deed of the owner of the house to someone else where the owner does not own the house anymore? You have to use a Sale Deed or a Gift Deed to add someone to the owner's deed, giving that person a percentage of shared ownership with the house. Your thoughts on this!!

My dad signed his home over to a woman he had a relationship with in the 80's. She the signed it back over to him. No one knows if they were married. My dad then signed the deed over to his brother. Before my dad passed away he willed the house and property to me his son. My uncle dad's brother signed off from the property to give me full access to the property. I'm wanting to sale the property. But the title company is seeing a deed signed to my dad by that woman and they are having a problem. The problem is, they want someone who is not related to both parties to sign a affidavit say the two were or were not married. What does that have to do with me trying to sale my now owned home inherited from my dad?

I have an autist son he is 27 year old, I have the guardianship and I want to know if I can add his in the title of my home.
