    My front suspension rattled so after 3 front end shops checking it out and saying it's all tight I took it on myself to diagnose. After a full rebuild and still having the irritating clunk rattle in the front left I took it to my local dealer who also said it's all good and no answers. Well folks , being a mechanic most my life , more and more now days new parts are junk. All we get for our $ is junk. Tonite I found the problem. Believe it or not the 1st part I changed , the new left front tension strut is junk , sending me down a expensive rabbit hole. It's a precision brand from oreillys. I have told many just because it's new dont mean it's good now days. I didn't see any play until I took a large pair of channel lock pliers and squeezed between the top of the knuckle joint and the spindle and it moved up and down 1/4 of an inch. Xler should have this rediculas suspension idea shoved we're the sun don't shine but for now my problem is finally solved until next time. With this design there will be a next time. Hope this helps others.

    Good evening I have a technical question, I have a 2001 montero sport and I'm having transmission problems with 3rd gear, take a few seconds from 2nd gear to 3rd to change, also takes a while to start going forward (D), I've seen your video and my question is, do I need to drop the transmission to change those shift solenoid's, also the (N) blinks, I would I appreciate your answer the sooner possible, thank you for your time and you patience.

    My brothers and sisters please please please do not add anything into the transmission especially to fix a leak because what you’re going to wind up doing is shortening the life of your transmission because all this liquid does it in flames rubber gaskets and that’s how it stops the leaks. Just remember if you put this liquid in your transmission yes I might stop the leak but I promise you within six months to a year or much much much less you’re gonna find yourself having to rebuild the transmission because inside the transmission there is also rubber seals and natural petroleum oil which that bottle is right right there is going to inflame the seals the transmission fluid it’s not like your motor oil they are two completely different lubrication materials. In so many words transmission fluid is a thinner version of hydraulic fluid motor oil has a different chemistry make up and you will ruin your TRANSMISSION take my advice don’t do it you will regret it. May Jesus Christ of Nazareth bless all my brothers and sisters out there we are living in the end times of the world so repent and ask Jesus Christ of Nazareth forgiveness for your sins so you can be in heaven with us amen. ✝️✝️✝️🙏🏻🇺🇸

    • @hdwrenchheadevans7227
      @hdwrenchheadevans7227 Před 2 měsíci

      I’ve actually done them on that vehicle before, hard shifts or erratic shifts would be something like solenoids, slipping or grinding would be mechanical thus needing a replacement transmission.look up your vehicle on EBay and they should sell all of them together and you will know how many there are

      I’m using your info to help me solve a problem I have.i hope you’ll bare with me here.i’m rebuilding a 72’ nova and had the power train done and put it in an 85’ GMC Vandura 2500 as a test bed but will go in a 72’nova.i gave them all the info but believe they listened to 1/2 what I said to them.i figured leaving it to them I’d only have to do it once and later if I needed it restalled we’d already have the right size at least.the power train is a 406 approx.475-525 th-350,81/5” 10 bolt posi all new.i expected Coan to build me a 10” 34-3600 but they gave me an 11” 26-2800.listening to yours makes me wonder if it’s possible to just restall the one I have instead of selling it and starting over which is what I’d like to do but I’m going for the easiest way but if your is 11 or 12” I may have a chance just at restalling and changing stators I may have a chance cause yours sounded pretty good

    It does NOT fix oil seals, it inhibits oil flow. But engines NEED oil to flow to lubricate the internals. Remember, It IS NOT illegal to sell you something that will Destroy your engine.

  • @DickGazInYa

    Just did mine. You don't have to take the passenger wheel off, or the serpentine belt and you DO NOT have to remove the two 15mm bolts on the front of the A/C compressor or remove the motor mount. Just loosen them as much as you can. You can get access to the two 15mm bolts from the top down to loosen the compressor. From there, remove the filter and loose the third compressor bolt. Gently pry the compressor toward the passenger side. Use a 13mm socket on the now exposed bolt the compressor was hiding (just loosen it), loosen the studded 13mm with a ratcheting wrench and remove it, then the fun bolt... You have to feel around for it, but I got mine out with a 3 inch extension and a 13mm deep socket. Don't forget to unplug the oil sensor wire before hand. When you reinstall, clean everything up, connect the oil sensor wire back, put the adapter with new gasket in place and tighten them all back up. Go up top and tighten the two 15mm bolts for the compressor. Go back under and tighten the third 15mm for the compressor. Might as well change your oil while you are doing this so finish that up, top it off and fire it up. Check for leaks and if all is dry, consider it a job well done.
