Hi. I can't really talk for all these mods except the oil pump. I only did the oil pump as I wanted to do the sump baffle. I probably wouldn't do it just for power gains unless you were doing timing chain. I guess it all depends how big your budget is.

I guess at these shows where it's all manufacturers, there are more Ford's I reckon, but at Japanese shows I reckon Hondas are probably the most common. I guess because they are a bit cheaper

@@ModFix it's ok mate. I think the theory is on full throttle and a quick shift the engine is rotated backwards enough to allow slack in the cable just enough to give abit of slop. Thought it was BS, then I had mine done and was stunned. Don't do the top mount by the break fluid reservoir, this will keep the vibration to a minimum, and only stops side to side movement really, which isn't a concern like the main engine mounts and gearbox mounts. 🙌

Thanks ❤ I can see oil spilling when it's refilled from the side opposed to the engine bay. But it requires you to remove the battery and battery tray and airflow box. I am going to attempt this weekend
