Equipped with trinket that provides knockback when shooting. Jump up close to the ceiling, hold right when starting, shoot the shotgun when moving backwards at the ceiling. Once you get a good rhythm going, start swapping directional keys as you swing to get huge momentum. When you feel confident, release the grapple while going towards the ceiling and shoot the shotgun twice.
