Superb stuff. Love the fumbles, the 'i think' but 'i m also not sure' thoughts. Resonates on every level. Extremely relevant, not just fr your age but fr us as well. The anecdotes and back stories. Cant imagine what u felt wn u were asked to get on weighing scale by sm people or when u were asked to diet... Loved the conversation on how different cultures view beauty, skin lightening stuff and healthy but not thin. Reminds me of Barbie movie lines- And you can never say you want to be thin. You have to say you want to be healthy, but also you have to be thin!! All in all...fantastic!

I think it's a very controversial topic cos in some places good looks do give u a advantage! Also each and everyone of us are wired towards our own assumption of good looks... So they are very much a perception. Loved the whole discussion... Keep them coming more❤❤
