My husband is the one that's never been interested. We married as virgins in our mid and late 20s. That was just how it was done in our community, but was more by his insistence. I'm sorry, but that is a ridiculously high expectation to expect your wife to have sex that much....if she agreed to the other 25, she basically would have agreed to sex everyday for a month straight. Advice to American men, at least Christian ones- the field of potential domestic spouses is pretty sparse. For young men starting out, recommend you leave these shores if you can. They want to be independent and run their own lives abiding by their own rules. A lot of this boils down to the teens' sex lives. Parents try mightily to keep their teens from making babies and permanently altering the paths of their futures. The teens just want to have orgasms and a main squeeze to have them with. So, young girls move out of their childhood homes and into college dorms, or into apartments. They have attained their independence from their parents' rules. They can have sleepovers with their boyfriend. The relationsip part is a bit trickier for those girls. Any guy who gets serious is going to insist on being dominant. The girls much valued independence gained after years of conflict with her parents will be short-lived if she accepts as her mate any man who insists on being the leader and decision-maker within the relationship. Any may willing to cede that authority to the woman isn't worth mating with, a girls sense that, typically by losing all sexual attraction for the latter type of man. So girls have a real conflict within themselves when they seek marriage. Intellectually, feminism keeps telling them never to submit and to always seek, at a minimum, an equal partnership with their mate, retaining joint decision making authority. The best husband material wants nothing to do with that "partnership of equals' shit, especially in the bedroom. If you have ever read a bodice-ripper romance novel, women don't want a partnership in the bedroom. They dream about a man who takes them and uses them as he pleases. Women find respectful, vanilla sex to be cringeworthy and always a reason to look outside the marriage for satisfaction. A lot of this male-female dynamic has been around for centuries. Read Shakespeare's Taming of the Shrew. The reality is that the female is designed to submit to a man, but that man has to be worthy of that submission. He must be capable of keeping his mate safe from harm, fathering her children, providing for the resultant family, and making sound major decisions for himself and his mate. If a guy is courting a woman with marriage as the goal, he'll have to find a way to convince her both intellectually and emotionally that he is a guy to whom she should submit. But the current messaging in our society is mainly of the sort that emphasizes the feminist perspective that a woman should never submit, and never settle for anything less than a very handsome, physically trim and fit, and wildly financailly successful man. Why? Because feminists maintain that every women is worth such a man. This, unfortunately for Western societies, a formula for abject failure and spot on the trash heap of history. It will leave women taking care of cats rather than a husband and their children. No society with a negative birth rate and with demographics top-heavy with the very elderly will thrive and persist. When I was growing up, everybody was focused on finding a mate, getting married, and having a family. Nowadays, women are focused only on living like princesses. They might say they want a family, but the pre-conditions they have for mating with males is such a high bar than few, if any, men can jump over it.
