Excellent engine for a prime mover heavy haul tractor or logging truck. A nice strong and smooth idle. Cat makes excellent equipment. My favorite Cat engine is the D353.

Another site indicated the C32 is used in the D11? If so 850hp or better, not sure if they’re different variants of the C32?

@@erdmannchenontour8488 ja war er, später nach Lehrzeit und Bundeswehr halt an DB-Motoren. Hatte eine gute Ausbildung genossen. Aber lustigmachen kann mich über mich selbst auch. Danke dafür. Erst mal selber ein Erdmännchen in einen Motor einbauen und dann mal sehen was passiert.😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😝

Na den Kameraden möchte ich mal im Betrieb erleben. Deutz wurde ,so viel ich weiß,an Iveco veräußert. Die heutigen Iveco LKW sind extrem stark. Selbst Scania Modelle haben bei gleicher PS Leistung ihre liebe Mühe an einem Iveco dran zu bleiben. Ich habe früher den einmaligen Sound von Deutz Motoren geliebt. Natürlich heute auch noch!

That's a nice sounding motor!!!I guess you can turn up any one of these engines with cams,injectors and bigger turbos!I just asking!
They are industrial engines, there is no need to turn them up. Some c32 engines produce 2100 horsepower and 5100 lbs of torque. These are built for reliability and service under load, like tug boats and generators, not semi trucks. They weight over 6000lbs.
