Happiness and Peace is Your Nature - It Does NOT Come and Go!
Our happiness and peace is like the blue sky, like the silent background. It is always there. It does not come and go. It does not depend on the weather.
It is only through the confusion or ignorance of identifying exclusively with the body and mind, with the avatar, that we believe that our happiness and peace depends on the weather (thoughts, feelings, perceptions).
Adrian shows us in this video vividly through an analogy that our true nature of happiness and peace is the permanent background of all of our experience.
This basic step in nondual understanding brings a perspective shift that helps us to relax and to stop fighting with our humanness.
