Most musicians struggle to find vintage guitars that inspire them and help them create music. I teach people how find, buy and breathe new life into old guitars.
I want to teach people how to enjoy guitars and learn about their histories through amazing people along the way.

It sounds really good. Ergonomically I am not sure, but i suppose a player can get used to it pretty quick. Aesthetically it doesn't look right but aesthetics are often a matter of personal taste. Nevertheless in all three counts I 'd choose this over a balalaika😁😆
Great channel! I would never have one in my house.
I bought the same guitar about 2 weeks ago. It's a great guitar. I've always preferred mahogany guitars over other woods. But i was worried about no trussrod. Time will tell if that will be an issue.
If it came from the CORT factory...its a CORT. Regardless of who stamped the headstock.
It has been used like a tool as it should have been.
I have an Eastman AC122-1CE it’s a decent guitar I like it a lot and yes the price is why I bought it but the reviews were also very much an influence too. I’m very happy with it
Good luck with your new venture. I may miss something’s that you’ve done but I look forward to what is to come
I’m 73 years old and I’ve bought loads of vintage (normally 20’s and 30’s) small body and parlour guitars. Some have been gems. The ones I liked least I sold no problem! Only once had an original case, it’s so dirty and rubbish I’ll probably bin it!
I bought the AD17e twenty minutes ago and THEN visited your video! Nice to know I made a good decision. And I bought it from Sweetwater.
I feel like you just convinced me to find a vintage guitar with a non-original case lol. I love a road dog
I have a 2008 SC245 Gold Top... Great model... I could see owning that one... Cool guitar
Dont get anything plastic. Ive been playing since 98. Schaller s locks are the best
If it plays great who cares dude, play the thing
So you went out and bought a tamed prs and blame it for being tamed lol.... sorry.. i think prs should not be single cut. And i have yet to hear good sounding prs pickups... i own a custom 24. Just put the mcarty pickups in it. It had improved, but not what i wanted... but i dont see the point in a prs single cut...m
My first guitar, a 1968, is in its 3rd guitar case. It did not come with a case, and has been all across the country..Ny/NJ, Ohio, Beaumont &ll other places in Texas, Colorado, Washington, Alaska, California Wyoming and Montana
Wow you must be special
Just ordered it! I have a Epiphone J45 Studio (Solid Top) with a Wireless Pickup, that sounds amazing on its own and in an amp, together with this Juniper I am basicly set with wound options!
I have my grandfather’s 1941 000-18 that is in its third or fourth case. lol. It sounds amazing and I wouldn’t take a million dollars for it. It’s been played by some very good professional musicians and I’ve turned down some pretty outrageous offers for it. It’s been in the family almost eighty years I think another eighty won’t hurt its value. lol.
where can i buy a martin 5-15?
yellow crocs?
I'm just about to pull the trigger on my second Furch and your comments on them have been very helpful, thanks!
I have loooooved my Furch's so far!
I have a 1943 D-18 and I am curious what it is worth. Originally bought in Haysi Virginia in 43' taken on a Naval ship but sent back Home because of possible damage on the ship so my Grandfather received it and it now resides in Michigan
Great life you have. Love cool old giutars. I don't own a vintage but I do own a 2017 D28. Keep up the cool videos.
PRS does have its own factory in Indonesia. It is connected to the Cor-Tec company, but they do have their own facility, their own quality control and their own engineers.
Huge move mate, all the best to you and your family in the future and I hope you love the new gig! My family has recently moved across the country (Melbourne - Perth) for similar reasons. It’s a massive change especially with kids involved, but we’re loving the new adventures so far and hope that you are too. Cheers 🍻
I have had a Furch Orange Dreadnought guitar for 2 years and I am delighted with it. It has a powerful sound. OM guitars have a smaller sound box, which means they have a much weaker bass. So they play a bit louder, because the bass causes a slight muffledness of the Dreadnought guitar. Before I bought my Furch Dreadnought, I played on other guitars, both OM and those from the Blue and Green series. My Orange is varnished to a high gloss, and the Blue and Green have a satin finish, which also affects the sound. Personally, I liked the sound of the Orange version better. However, the sound of the Dreadnought guitar from the movie was too "matte". I suggest putting new and the same strings on both guitars, because I have the impression that the Dreadnought had different or old strings. Greetings from Poland!
I want to hear more about guitars. The other comments about feelings turn me off. I am just not interested. I really want to hear about guitar content. Guitar hunter was drifting away from that topic and my interest drifted with it. It had me loooking for content elsewhere. Watched J. P. Cormier and The Acoustic Shoppe. Seems like you have as well. If you want my focus, it is Gear driven and not really feelings. Just my focus.
Where does this guy get the money for all these guitars???? He worked at a music store and couldnt be making more than $50k per year. In Virginia thats poverty level.
I have two Orangewoods. The Dana Mini and the Sage. I love them both. The Dana will make a very nice campfire guitar, and the Sage sounds phenomenal.
It’s impossible to compare 2 sounds without them being immediately back to back.
Find me one for $1000😂
I bought one two months ago. It was wrecked.
Welcome back to The Big Greasy Jeremy! If you hurry we’ll save some crawfish for you
Amazing guitars! I have a L10 as in vid!
whats the song in the start?
Perfect for those who own Cybertrucks and play Minecraft.
I went 3 states out of my way to go to Gibson stores in Tennessee with cash in hand to buy one (LP). All the ones I've picked up never moved me. Vibration, resonance wasn't there. Came back home. local store had a S2 Singlecut Semihollow. I was floored. Also have a custom 24, Awesome. 4 SEs. I do have one Epi LP Classic. Love PRS guitars. Good luck on your move! I'm 1.5 hours away.
Thanks, Jeremy. You’re a good dude; the world needs more people like you.
What a nice guitar! Is this the only LP style guitar in your arsenal now?
Yes. My Guild S200 is set neck, mahogany, and humbuckers but it's not very Gibsony
PRS guitars have just never spoke to me. They are very well made instruments but just not for me. LPs are great guitars and I don't think you're being fair with them. LPs are just killer to look at but there is definitely a LP sound that's unmistakable. I think Gibson is getting crazy with prices and I think the headstock angle is too much but I still love LPs!!!
Who is buying these new ones? I am so sick of PRS. If you play a good vintage Les Paul you will be elated. Most of the modern les Paul’s are woofy and not like their vintage counterpats
Beautiful Guitar and one of my favorites from the PRS line. Thanks for the great video.
I sold my and got the PRS Flag ship Custom 24 . Best thing I’ve ever done especially since I own a Gibson Standard. 🤷🏻♂️
Thought you were say it ain’t so lmao
Hi Jeremy, Silly Moustache in the UK here. So sad to see your channel end. My best wishes for yuor move, resettling and the new job. Hope it all works out !
Oh boy, I had one of these - L3, which was in almost Showroom/museum condition. It was confiscated by HMRC as I bought it, with a Martin "-17 from an American smuggler in London. I had to sell them both to pay the mortgage - £150 each !! That was in 1975 - still hurts!
That breaks my heart! I can't imagine having a guitar confiscated.
@@JeremySheppard Hi Jeremy, It took about six months and writing leter advising (truthfully) that I had asked te seller three times, that it had been imported legally. I had to pay Excise duty, and taxes and a handling charges toHM Customs and Excise. By then my job had been moved and I had to take out my first mortgage which was crippling - a pay the bills or eat situation. Back then we had no real idea about the value of such things and I sold the Gibson and the Martin for £150 each . Win some lose some.
People “upgrade” the transformers to make it louder so they have to use hearing protection. …Tss, humans 🤭 I bet this amp would also sound better with a 15” speaker. The tone begs for a bigger speaker.
Haha. That's a hilarious point.
Enjoyed your vids Jeremy. Hope the move to Louisiana works for you. Miss seeing ya at Hometown. From Elkton. EE
I think the Huss was the most clear/punchy overall. The Orangewood sounded the fullest (while still balanced) and had great overtones and richness. The martin was the warmest and didn’t sound quite as nice to my ear. It didn’t sound bad, but I like the clarity from the first 2. Overall the Orangewood was most pleasant to my ear.
If being an old company means a lot to people, Gretsch has been around for 11 years longer than Gibson. They also make much more affordable guitars that play and sound better, and with much higher quality control. Watch some comparisons between Les Pauls and Pro Jets and tell me I'm wrong. I've been playing for 45 years, and I've owned many Gibsons. After picking up an Electromatic Double Jet a few years ago, I'll take the Gretsch..Thanks.
The headstock absolutely kills PRS guitars for me-ugly, ugly.
