I guess a simile for it might be knowing and admitting the truth about your country and striving to make it better. I graduated valedictorian of my high school class (willing to provide transcripts and IQ test results), lettered in 2 sports, received all-district recognition in one, and served 7 years on active military during Viet Nam invasion, so do not confuse me with some college professor.
