MAKE A CHORUS SEMA SO YOU AND A POSSIBLE PHOTOGRAPHER, KNOW WHAT TO SAY AND BE SHOWN. E.G. THE HELECKO PLATE, WHERE WILL IT LAND IN THE SINK?. are you panting? That's a lot of stupid graphic's at the beginning in the way of great picture of the Yacht. It's like you are trying to show of your video graphics and cinematography ablity and over shadowing the actual Yacht. I don't think anyone cares about close ups of furniture, wood grains and around the door way camera movement. It's about the Yacht not you.

Aquaholic is needed to do a proper walkthrough on this yacht. Less time should be spent on the presenter close-ups and also less on the ornaments - perhaps then a FULL presentation of the yacht can be made.

So it needs 6 months getting maintenance and work done? Explain how well it's quality constructed if you need 6 months of downtime to do maintenance and repairs if they are only going to Harbor Island in the Bahamas from Ft.Lauderdale. That's like 600 miles round trip and you need 6 months of maintenance after that? Yes I know what she means. She just explained it wrong.
But she made it sound like this yacht spends 6 months every year getting repairs done. I've worked on yachts. I know about yearly haul outs and maintenance cycles. She made it sound like EVERY YEAR this boat is getting worked on for 6 months. That's not the case. Yearly service on a boat this big would take a week. If things needed to be repaired or replaced then could be longer. But I can assure you that it is not getting worked on for 6 months every year. She should have just said the owners use it for 6 months, then bring it back for yearly service and storage. So it's lightly used and we'll maintained. If I was a broker and she said that to me, I would ask what was so catastrophically wrong with it that it needs 6 months of work every year after only being in the Bahamas of all places? Or if they were doing refit work, what was original on the boat anymore and please produce all work receipts, log books, GOA plans, bid sheets and surveyors notes. She would have to walk back that statement and amend it.

Is it just me or does a navy blue hull make yatchs look so distinguished and elegant? I want my first yatch to have a blue hull but I worry it will be too hot.

A nice boat nicely presented.
I Like the wooden interior, only thing I would do to make it more my taste would be to make the wood look better by changing to a darker color wood as the framing parts of the structures but I REALLY like this Yacht! (p.s. not saying anything negative at all, Im just an old country boy loving this Yacht).
