They are that big, and in the second half of games at DKR Memorial they break up into 3 or 4 groups and go to each part of the stadium and rev up the crowd by playing the March Grandioso it is spellbinding.

It's beautiful. We typically visit in Fall or Spring. As you well know, Summer along the coast in Texas is hot and humid and very unenjoyable.

@@HoustonGamerTVHGTV As long as the A/C is sitting at 70. 🤣🤣 I also lived in Las Vegas for 9 years so I'm over the extreme heat. Normal Texas summers are fine. I just don't like summers with record breaking temperatures or prolonged heat waves. The best season in Texas in my opinion is Spring. Nothing beats Texas weather from March through June.

Loosely packed dirt isn't going to do anything to anyone. The distance of his "target" was about 100 meters. A few specs of dirt most likely won't make that far(that whole mass in flight thing) and if it did the "enemy" wouldn't have felt it. These reenactors participate in these dozens of times a year and practice regularly. So they do know what they're doing.
I am reenactor too and people thought the same. Once one of the reenactors shot piece of dirt and hit another one to the face. He shot his eye, now he cannot see. It is on the camera, distance was about 40-50 meters. Paradoxically, these guys were father and son. So you are right, they know what they are doing, but you never know what can happen with faulty gun handeling.

The ideal age is about 16, but my friend does reenacting and he’s only 14. And I’m getting into it and I’m 15. It depends how old you are tho. They won’t allow u if you’re under 11 or 10 (most likely). If you’re 12 or 13 you can be a medic or carry a dummy rifle. It all depends tho, visit the website. But if you’re a kid, you’re most likely gonna be fighting on the German side unless you’re a 6 foot kid. Keep in mind that you have to pay for most of the gear. Most museums don’t provide gear. If you get lucky then they’ll let you borrow most of the gear. But it’s expensive... For my gear, I’m paying about $1,000. But it’s definitely worth it in my opinion...
