To achieve the skip it is the same way as the doors clip, but you interact with the falling prompt by doing it in a 45ish angle in order to clip through the wall and fall on the floor

So i decided to route this stupid thing and it appears to be pretty fun, I'm forced to use blink twice during the run, one time to get out of the dream and the second time to get out of the well in Flooded, there's no other way. There's a lot of room for improvement, and re-routing

Great skip for professional S+ rank as you don't have autosaves enabled on professional, which is required to do most of the clipping glitches so far. Getting Ashley to the other side of the bridge on professional is a really annoying task.

everytime I do the turn leon is not next to the door he would be a few steps away. Ive tried this in hours and I just cant get this down even with high dpi and high sens. Im a lost cause

does it work with all doors? i can consistently do it with the double doors but this would bring my time down immensely hahahahaha

How is this a bad game design? This is more like developer oversight, they don't expect someone to 360 a scoped weapon nearby locked door while spamming interact button

Great find, had to set up a dpi switch to manage the 360 but saves 20 minutes each run.

Mostly double door for the moment
Like the one in the castle When you encounter Salazar for the first time , you can skip the garrador and stuff

@@ectoplasmus1554 thank you, I tried for like 20 minutes with no luck, saw this video and specifically this comment. I kept doing short and fast rotation (180) Wasn't til you said 360 I got it almost instantly

@@manuelalvarez8412 all you is a gun with a scope on it im on keyboard and mouse and dont know if its possible on controller you probably just need to turn your sense high up. So what you do is put your back against the door aim at the floor as low as you you can and walk back while aiming as far you can so you clip though the door then while aiming do a 180 flick and when your looking at the direction door stop aiming and spam f

Hey, great find! Seems like you don't really have to "line up" with that line but rather not cross it. As long as I waited before it and crossed it right after the "passe", I got it consistently, but maybe I misunderstood you there to begin with.

bonjour je ne sais pas a qui poser cette question et étant donné que tu connais bien livesplit je te pose cette question: depuis peu je veut speerunner HL2:LostCoast et je ne sais pas comment faire des split en jeu et je ne sais pas non plus comment avoir des configuration toute faite (pour les split) . [je ne sais pas du tous si j' ai étais clair mais bon ='D]
Euh c'est un peu compliqué à expliquer comment fonction livesplit comme ça ^^ Mais bon sur speedrun.com tu dois peut-être pouvoir trouver des choses pour t'aider, sinon je vois pas vraiment pourquoi tu aurais besoin de splits pour cette run qui dure 3 sec :p
