@@BlondyInsider I use it as a tool when I need it. When I want to cut down for a vacation, summer or whatever. I should clarify that I’ve been doing it for years but not continues. I would lose way too much weight if I did it every day lol

@@BlondyInsider oh sure. nothing was selling fast 3 month DOM, prices tanked from comparable sales “, foreclosures, and many homes were $30k + $40k repairs .. ffw to now and these $50/sqft comps are now at like 475k with no updates (~$300 sq ft).. I signed a contract for a 5 bedroom home with a pool for $210k and as an inexperienced wholesaler i couldnt find a buyer, so… uhh, makes me sick.. new construction in that area 4 BR simple are $1m+ . I was told it was the pool that actually devalued the property but that didnt make sense to me, esp as a rental. I couod only imagine the AirBnB on that fking place now damnit lol

Sounds like you're in a tough spot. The market can be really unpredictable, and it's hard to know what's going to happen. But don't give up! Keep learning and growing, and you'll eventually find success. 😊
