cant seem to find thia rs 232 serial conne tor, keep getting cords with a vga looking jack or plug or male end whatever

How to calibrate it?
Yes…..how do you configure the labels???
If your wifi icon on the printer display goes away don't try to reset, reconfigure, etc... Simply turn it off, then unplug the printer, then take the battery out of the printer and wait 10-60 seconds. This resets something because the wifi comes back after you put the battery back in and turn it on (or put battery back in, plug it in and then turn it on.)
Ups uses these and they suck!
Do you need a special part for the quick load ribbon to make it work? My ZD 420 does not look like that.

Lan card. Also, the printer can be upgraded with a lable peeler or a cutting tool.

I don't have a battery for this, but I have a charger, but it won't turn on. Is the battery required for this to operate?
Yes, you will require a Zebra lithium ion battery for the QLn320. You can contact PLS through our website if you'd like to receive the part number and pricing. The lithium ion battery is re-chargeable; you'll use your charger to re-charge the battery every few days.
