is it possible to move the sphenoid if so then what procedures?
It is possible to manipulate or adjust the sphenoid position. This is done by practitioners that do manual therapy, such as chiropractors, cranial osteopaths or cranial sacral therapists to name a few.

Yes, intro courses can be a rip-off! I do appreciate AOMT, because they are so inter-professional, and give a ton of free, ongoing education. My IOAM experience was not so great. They were talking primarily to the SLPs in the class.

Great question! LOL. I actually wear my scrubs. I think most therapists are so happy to not have to wear scrubs, but I missed my pajama-like uniform.

Hi Lesslie! Severe insomnia is usually best medically managed. There are some dental options that would support better sleep, seek out a sleep dentist. Natural options for additional support could include adapting a nasal hygiene routine, establishing a strict routine around bedtime, and minimizing light exposure 2-3 hours before bed (infrared light sources only past sunset).

Linda obviously has the better face. Especially now since Christina has clearly had some type of cosmetic surgery done which gave her a bit of plastic face.
Great observation! Plastic surgery does compromise your soft tissue appearance, but the muscles and soft tissue can only reflect the bone structure underneath. It was definitely a close call between these two.
