I visited Croatia last year and I felt in love with the people and the cities ( Dubrovnik my fav ) ❤🇭🇷
"Wait, It's all Croatia?" "Always has been, pičko"
What an amazing story. Love at first sight, indeed
Of course it's not France. French food is bread and cheeese and croissants. Croation, Italian food is full of flavours
It wasn't Giancarlo who found the truffle, but my neighbor.
I was just skrolig and im on hollyday in coratia now
Thank you Admiral Paul for your job and positivism 💪💪💪💪
I don't like this mayor because he insulted my hometown Vukovar with comments that we are not a multicultural city and he has no idea about our city and how open it is and how much it invests in these types of society. However, Bjelovar is still a modern city and it is obvious that the mayor is doing his job well, just don't insult the residents of Vukovar ever again, we also live for the future.
i love this guy

You are using the footage of wrong Prvić 😅 but thanks anyway to giving my island the gratitude

For as long as the immigrants working in Croatia are peace loving people and contribute to the economic activity ..there' s no problem with that. .it's actually good for the country...Germany and other EU countries are experiencing labor shortage..and therefore perversely affecting their economy.
Pov youre in the holydays in croatia rn:
As a Croat myself, i am happy to meet a person expressing the beauty with his words as he means it.❤😊
Thanks, that work permit birth certificate thing is absurd, no way I am dealing with that.
I imagine you reading fairy tales for kids before they go to the bed. You're born for that, Paul. A real treasure, this video. Thank you, Paul.
😍
Whats ame. Is he .!?!?
So you're basically doing ads now? I guess they're paying you? Kind of disappointing.
Now let me tell you what it is really like to live in SB.. The town is dead, you can only go to the bar and drink on that fact as there is absolutely nothing else to do and see, except the leaking korzo fontana which they are not able to fix for some reason.. And let me tell you, people drink here for sure, drunk drivers everywhere on the weekends. They keep the cops employed I guess.. The food is bad, except king kebab which is a descent place, probably the best you're going to get in SB. Food/culinary diversity, what is that?😂 Poloj looks nice on the video, reality is something else as the river is so filthy that you need a few showers to deep clean yourself after a dip. And also it floods poloj every now and then bringing landmines to shore. You can have a bomb time there for sure! In summer SB is the hottest town only second to Knin and sticky/humid as hell. After 4pm your mosquito friends are coming to say hi, so don't bother going outside, especially in nature. Winters are wet and polluted from the stinky wood stoves to the point that all your clothing stinks after a 30 minute walk in the evening. Job/pay wise, your upper limit is around 1000€ for most jobs or you have to go "na teren" to work somewhere else for weeks/months on end, just to spend a week or two back home.. Also, real estate prices are currently around 1400€/m2, so have fun getting anything with your 1000€ income. And lastly, if you want to open a business or something like that, you have to make a few stops in between to satisfy some influential people, if you know what I mean..😉 The only good thing was that 5-6 years ago it was cheap to live and settle in SB, now that's gone too..
My hometown! I'm glad to see the improvement. I've been living for the past 5 years in Germany, but I'm planning on coming back. Life in another country made me appreciate more what Croatia has.
Dobro da si shvatio..
I think I visited there and had some distant relatives from that town also. I met a lovely older female relative, who has passed on since I met her. I still cherish the gift she gave me, her husband's hand made bottle opener, made from brass. I visited not long after the war in the 1990s. Fond memories of the Slavonian region.
Great job, Paul! Bravo!
Hrvatska je najbolja država u cijelom svijetu🇭🇷🇭🇷🇭🇷🔥💯💯🔥🔥

Finally, my home town!! Looks great!! I haven’t been in a while, so a lot of stuff there was new to me. I’m glad they finally fixed the fountain on Korzo, I love it. 🥰
@@janjamilic3178 ja nemam pojma o čemu ti govoriš, ali ta fontana jako dugo nije radila i tek su nedavno popravili tako da ponovo voda ide iz nje.
Mora da se nismo razumjele..
Great video Paul! I hope you liked your stay in my hometown that is definitely developing.
Thanks, Paul for this lovely video.

Like the drone shots. Do you operatie them? Also appreciate the Croatian closed caption. It helps me reinforce my bilingual skillset. The default google is junk. Framing of the shots is pleasant. The editing is smooth and has pacing. Good work overall.
Im in Croatia rn
Papuk is beautiful but both times I've been, I've found multiple instances of human excitement and used toilet paper. Behind the trees, in the caves and even next to the waterfall! The trails are poorly sign posted and as a result, people walk aimlessly off-piste trampling the habitat. As with many things in Croatia, they see a one off injection of money from the EU with zero follow-up. Another example of this is Otočki Virovi where they still haven't cleared the trees and restored the walkways from the 2023 storm despite it being one of the few tourist destinations for locals in the Otok region.
If you buy a scoop of ice cream for 3 euros, you will know that you are in Croatia and not in Greece

Definitely the cleanest air around ❤....walked all over the area in my early years as part of Partisan paths following ❤
I have been living in Zagreb for 7 years now, I feel safer than in my hometown Zaviidovica BiH. The police are young and cultured. they are always ready to help.
No idea why I haven't visited Papuk yet, though I live in Istria. So much to see all over Croatia! Looks like a (yet another) natural paradise. I bet it's absolutely stellar in spring and fall in particular. Thank you.
I am planing this summer to make my vacation there with my family, just waiting from my invention to be paid I mean my royalties.
