Sexy Motorcycles? Why Do We See Motorcycles As Sexy? As a rider myself I always hear people referring to their motorcycles as sexy or someone (including myself) saying how sexy a motorcycle is but why? Why do we refer to a machine, a object as sexy? I have a few ideas, a few thoughts on why this may be. First I think it’s because of the shape, the form and design, motorcycles can be looked at f...

Thank you so so much! So clear and concise i am so happy I found your video!!!! ❤
Where I live there's no such thing as an HOV lane and riding into the next state is nogo. Their highways are a cluster not to mention the amount of impatient drivers
just bought a ninja650 2023 (5,5k kilometres), The bike vibrates insanely from 4K rpm - 6K rpm. the footpegs vibrate that much that my (right especially) foot would go numb if i kept it at that rpm range. anyone experience with the 2023?
I don’t have any information on the 2023 but in my experience I found that if you just focus on the ride the vibrations aren’t as bad as we first feel it is and you absolutely get used to it, it didn’t take long for me before I no longer even felt it and realized it only after someone asked me about it. Give it chance and just focus on the ride and how amazing riding is. That is the only real advice I can give you, all bike have a vibration, some a bit worse than others. Good luck.
@KawaKouple yea just 4k to 6k rpms are bit too much ill ask some info at a dealer thx anywah :)
I'm in the same boat as you are. 2021 Ninja 650 that I bought with 3700 miles. Very bad vibrations in the same RPM range. Went on a 600 mile ride for the eclipse here in the USA and my right foot went numb a few times as well as my right hand. I just loosened my grip and don't rest my heels on the heel guard and it's not as bad. I've spoke to a few other 650 owners and most of them say that the vibrations and noises of things rattling around are bad, but it's a good reliable bike. I only have spoke to 1 person that said his doesn't vibrate, but I don't believe it.
@ButterlesToast yea i will say u kinda get used to it, but in 1st and 2nd gear its just so bad.. Next week there an open door day at my local kawasaki dealer and i have the opportunity to put my bike on a "tester" for free (dont know ho, its called in english). Maybe they see something idk
The power is too low for me
Ok.
Can you go on 3rd Gear on a Highway reaching 100 Kilometres per hour. Please let me know. Thank you very much.
Yeah you could but why? You have six gears, no need to be doing that to your bike and it’s a waste of fuel.
I bought it as my first bike 2-3 months ago. Great ride. The bike tops out at 131mph I believe
Congratulations
If I couldn’t lane split here in nyc I’d sell by bike. I save easily 30 mins
That’s fair
Debating getting a ninja 650 or Vulcan 900 but I’m stuck because it’s going to be my first bike
That’s a tough one… whatever you feel fits you and your skill the best.
does this guy ever shut up
So going 80mph isn't a problem for this bike? I have a ninja 300 and sometimes I have the throttle pinned and it sounds like it's going to blow up
I mean I would keep it at 70
It is a 300.. calm down on it 😂
Heyy Daddy lol😂 . It's Paulina. Haha joking about Daddy lol😂 How's MS.K doin? Imoss u guys and i got a surprise cuz i got a motorcycle and i have rode it for 2 months ❤❤
Congratulations on starting to ride. Great to hear from you again.
Why don’t you just get a different exhaust rather than wearing earplugs?
I’m not that smart 😂
The key is to have fun with CZcams and the motorcycle community without getting in the hype of pumping videos. I post videos when I can and don’t follow a schedule. Greetings from Kelowna 🎉! Eddie
Agreed. Thanks Eddie
Wow nice meet up ! 🎉 We need another soon in Western Canada
True.
Look's like you shouldn't be allowed to even use the word, much less running your mouth for FOURTEEN MINUTES about it. A Ninja 650 is a male bike - IT HAS BALLS. They are right under the seat.
Is this a good bike for a beginner ?
I would have to say yes.
Electric cars are garbage
Why? Just curious why you think that?
How do you tighten the actual mirror on the ball joint? My mirror is very similar on the bike and it's very lose and i can't find any videos or info on how to tighten it
Must admit I’m not sure, I’ll look into and get back to you if I find out anything, also, each motorcycle brand is a bit different.
The bike that I have now is a 2016 Kawasaki Ninja 650 and I noticed the vibration. Prior before then I had a 2007 Kawasaki 650 Ninja and it didn't vibrate like this bike. The ride was very smooth. The only difference is it had about 10,000 more miles that is the 2007. I did buy the 2016 used. I'm just curious if the person that had it didn't enjoy the ride because of the vibration. I don't like it at all to be honest with you and I'm not totally convinced that after it's broken which it already has about $3,800 mi on it and it vibrates. I wonder what it was like when it first came off the sales floor.
Honestly it still has a slight vibration but not anything like it was prior or the break in period.
I have a 2013 that I purchased new and it vibrates, I can't really remember exactly where it's at but you have to ride outside of that range meaning you have to change gears so you can get the engine turning at a different rpm. Kawasaki really needs to update this powerplant, it's the same basic design since they came out with the Ninja 650r. Basically all twins vibrate and there really isn't anything you can do about it, some manufacturers use balance shafts or counter weights to help mitigate it but you'll never truly get rid of it.
I decided to get back into riding.. during the pandemic there wasn't too many motorcycles at the dealers to choose from I bought a 2020 kawi z650 at a out of state dealer that I had to travel 2+hours .. still wasn't 100% sure about which motorcycle to get.. the bike was very comfortable for my size on the short demo ride that I taken.. now that I had the bike for a year you are 100% right Best bike ever like you said has a little bit of everything which suits me fine...
Congratulations and I am happy you are enjoying the ride.
How is it for 2 up riding?
Never had anyone, I’m a lone rider, got the wife her own bike 😂.
It took me less than a day on my new 2008 Ninja 250R to figure out that your head position matters as much as your mirror position. I never even notice that the mirror is showing my elbow because my head instinctively moves to see behind when I actually look through it. Never bothered me again.
So I'm 22 and just got my first bike. my mom already knows and she's not super thrilled but knows I am an adult and she supports me doing what makes me happy. The problem comes with my dad. I still haven't told him and I know he would be fine with me getting a motorcycle because he also understands I am an adult (side note, I don't live with my parents) the thing I am nervous about is what his reaction will be when I tell him I sold my car. Yes my only source of transportation is my motorcycle. I live in southern california so it is very much so possible to ride daily year around. He told me when I was looking for a car to purchase that I shouldn't get a motorcycle because it's not something that I could rely on as a daily commuter. Well that was 6 months ago and now I did what he said I shouldn't lol. I bought a honda cbr650f so at least I can tell him it's a honda and it's very reliable but I am still very nervous. Wish me luck Edit: I have been riding now for a few weeks daily and I love it. I plan on buying a beater car as secondary transportation for when it's really pouring and I don't feel like getting wet. It's been high 90s and 100s and the heat doesn't bother me. Also, my dad used to ride so he knows how freeing and happiness inducing it is.
I Segway explaining your side and your reasons to your dad, It seems to me like he wants what’s best for you but most likely he will understand why you did what you did. Be honest to yourself and be honest with your dad. It will be all good. Best wishes and ride safe.
@@KawaKouple update. I told him and everything went well. He was happy that I got something that makes me happy and also he said he understands the feeling since he used to have a motorcycle. He is still nervous, as any parent would be, but he said he understands I am an adult and I can make my own decisions. Lol I was worrying for no reason
Glad to hear it. Now make sure you ride safe.
How is good is it?
Good
This happens to me. I learned to ride on curvy country roads with very few cars. Now I am licensed but anxious about city roads.
It happens to a lot of people.
I bought mine used, I dont know if is a problem or is normal but I can hear the friction of the front brake pad touching the disk, kind of annoying.Another problem is a used to park my others bikes in 1st speed and this acts as a parking brake, the Zero is a light in weight motorcycle so when it is resting in the side stand if somebody push it a bit the stand folds back and the bike falls to the floor.
Yeah. It’s definitely something we tried to get fixed but no luck
^Same reasons why i love my 2020 Ninja 650 :-)
They are great.
Thanks a lot.
You are welcome
Thank you. I am going to try it tomorrow.
Let me know after you try it.
I'm 27 and I just got a bike last week. Why am I so nervous to tell my parents...most likely going to do it today.....
The stigma around motorcycles is often the biggest resin people have a problem telling parents. Honesty is the best policy. Love your life and be safe, ride safe.
@@KawaKouple thanks! I’m about to tell them…here goes nothing.
Good luck, remember to respect their view just as much you as expect the respect your views.
Thank you. I'll try that on my Z400. Hope it works. All I can see is my arm right now.
Hope it works.
I had a 2007 r650 Ninja and it ran smooth with no engine vibration. Somewhat disappointed in this 2016 that I bought. I wish I had held on to the 2007. But the 2016 does only have 3,300 mi while the 2007 had about 12,000 miles. Perhaps the break-in. Has something to do with it? If not, I'm not sure that I can live with this vibration. It's extremely noticeable to me.
That absolutely sucks. Sorry to hear that.
I was also told by the dealership that it had the same engine as the 2007. But I noticed that the exhaust system is different.
Hey man this is rnr rides I did vlogs along time ago should have a new channel up soon enough and I own a gsxs 750z 22 now so yeah man good to see your still posting content it's nice to see you still riding safe 😀

True.
Quality over Quantity communication is the main take away I got. I 100% agree. LOVE IT, however (going to be selfish) my issue is dealing with a coworker. This coworker in my eyes acts like a used car salesman. I don't feel like I can trust anything he says or does. Got hired cause of friendship with the manager. (Quiting is not ok for 1: Momma didn't raise no quiter. 2: I love my job) Any chance you could drop some knowledge for dealing with garbage coworkers.
Ok… this is actually going to be a video, great topic that I feel many others will want to hear about. Thank you. Always appreciate new ideas. As always, thank you for your continued support.

@@KawaKouple just wanted to say, Great Channel… ^^ I’m considering getting a Zero S when my disability retirement starts. I have to get my license first… ^^ I love the idea of an Electric motorcycle. Was briefly looking at the Livewire but it’s way to heavy. And seen the Zero S and I liked how it looks. Do you use a fast charger at home, or just the level one? And are the Zeroes reliable, as I read places of some Zeroes having electrical problems or bugs… Cheers
At home just regular plug but the fast charger is great if you are out and riding. As for reliability… thus far all good. Happy your see you asking about it, most people just don’t want to talk about electric motorcycles
That doesn't work if your mirror is fixed on
Ok. Good to know. Thanks.
