The page after enter hicare app is different and at first I was like "ok they fix this thing", but i manage to enter some web page, enter huawei website, enter youtube channel of huawei, search google on youtube, open google, search a number of some company in my area and like in the video clicking on the number you enter in the dial number. The other phases of the process are the same of the video. Thank you so much from Italy.

This is unfortunately not valid in 2024 anymore (and never was). The support app was taken offline in 09/2023. So the only option left in the HiCare App is "maintenance". The Rest does not exist anymore. So you can't access the privacy section anymore.

you can put and the power supply with a on and off switch so if you are in house plug the power supply and outdoor you can use the power bank! is the best solution

Great job! Just one comment: after you got into HiCare you could have used the "service centres" button to search for service centers. There's also a map link with every service center. This way, the procedure is easier. AND this also works with tablets (phone number doesn't work on tablets, there's no dialer). I bypassed my Huawei T3 this way.
