best dental practice ever they'll do whatever it takes to make your visit pain free and as comfortable as possible and they'll do a great job. literally nobody can even tell i wear dentures until i actually tell them.

I have a humana diabetes and heart ppo -SNAP and I'm in desert need of dental work and I will pay you all every month I'm a retired SSI SOCIAL SECURITY MONTHLY BENEFITS and I do not have any funds for the copay of the surgery but if you will just trust me I will pay you back for everything you had to do to fix the problem with my dentist work and owls surgery that I needed help with with very badly I'm asking you for help with my dentist problem and you will be blessed from heaven by God himself that's why I'm for this emergency surgery on my mouth

Better run , not the place you should go. I went in to get full top and bottom dentures paid 12 grand. And I woke up with 2 Partials they would never fix it. They wanted to charge me the whole thing again. I went somewhere else and paid 4 grand And got top and bottom. Aspen lied to me and took my money.

Aspen Dental Office in Fort Dodge IA is a totally Ripoff I paid over 10,000$ in for services with credit card, insurance and cash and still do not have my dental. And I just got a bill today for 1,0206.00 For What> Don't go there Please Don't trust them

Aspen dental was a disappointment at every level.

I am begging you for help. I don't know where else to turn so this is my final attempt to get someone's attention and pray my voice is heard. I am in trouble and fear that i will be dead soon if someone doesn't intervene and help me. My mouth is severely infected most every tooth has snapped at the gumline and is now just a puss filled nightmare. My 2 front teeth are broken and the enamel is literally falling off and i can't find a dentist ANYWHERE near me that is accepting new patients that will help me because i am on government insurance medi cal and medicare PLUS i take blood thinners for a different medical condition i was recently diagnosed with that is a complication from getting the covid vaccine. I was with a wonderful dentist but after losing my father in 2018, my mom in 2021 and then having my wife and love of my life walk out the door in April of 2022 I bacame very depressed and quit seeing my dentist and the oral surgeon who I was getting treated by left the pratice. When I returned recently to get help they basically told me I was on my own and they couldn't help me. I have called everyone in the phone book, I cannot find anyone who accepts my insurance. I thought you guys did and booked an appointment earlier this evening but when I was looking at your website just now I saw that you do not in fact take my insurance. Is there anyone who would be willing to help a former EMT and just a really good person in general who is absolutely having the worst 3 years of her life. I am fighting a lung disease that i got trying to not make my dying mother sick by getting covid and now im struggling to survive, im drowning in grief and i am so depressed only making matters worse is my trash can of a mouth i feel awful every day. The taste in my mouth is awful, i can't eat anything but yogurt, i dont smile ever and to be honest most days i think i would be better off dead. Life was not supposed to turn out like this. I don't know what i did to deserve this all happening to me but it was surely not in this lifetime. Are there any dentists that would help me? I would be willing to file paperwork or advertise for you, i will do anything to get help im desperate. I cant stand the pain or any if what I ha e explained above... Please I am begging you. Im in the middle of a dental implant situation w aspen dental. Some good parts/some bad. Hope to post a full reciew on my google when complete. As a company there is a lot of room for improvement. But it hasnt exactly been all bad.

I am in the process of getting full fixed arch,all on 4 implants at Aspen. I got the first part done in November. I go fro the next part in April. They haven’t been able to give me a straight answer on what materials will be used for the teeth. The website says zirconia or porcelain. But I’d like to know which one they use. For $35,000 it better be the best material. I don’t want some junky plastic crap like my old regular dentures were. I’ve already been jerked around on the price. The original cost was $22,000. I really wish I would of done more research on Aspen. Far more bad reviews and experiences than good. Including pricing scams.

Aspen Dental advertises implant arches at $6-8,000 online. I called the Hendersonville, Tn location for a quote and spoke to a Gale and asked her what the price for full set of implants. She stated that single implants are $4-6,000 each tooth. I asked her to check with her manager due to the price not even being close to what is advertised. She returned and said that the price was $4-6,000 each tooth. Doing the math, this comes out to $128-192,000 per full set of implants. This is false advertising and should be investigated. I contacted Aspen's corporate headquarters and spoke to someone named Miles and he was not helpful at all. Clear Choice which is supposed to be the top of the line in implant dentistry charges around $60,000. To pay Aspen three times this amount is a rip off. I highly DO NOT recommend this location.

DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL IF YOU HAVE AN HMO!/ DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING! I write this to warn other people who have limited income/ are on a budget /on medicare with an HMO plan to not go to Aspen Dental if you have an HMO, to prevent what happened to me from happening to anyone else. They DO NOT ACCEPT HMO's and deceptively advertise that they 'accept most insurance plans' and 'try to keep costs low' which is patently false. I saw them advertise free x-rays etc and being a disabled senior on a budget, went in for an exam hoping to get a good price for care. After my exam, bc I needed a crown and deep cleaning which is expensive, I told them I wanted to look into my 2024 hmo coverage first before I make a decision on care, bc I thought it covers cleanings and possibly more in Jan 2024...as soon as I said I have HMO not PPO, and WITHOUT TELLING ME/DISCLOSING THE FACT that THEY do not accept HMO's, both the mgr and hygienist, separately, heavily dissuaded me from even looking into my options with insurance coverage first and to have the work done then and there with a payment plan instead of insurance. I let them talk me into it bc I was exhausted due to neuro disease/brain fog, and made the wrong decision. Because of this, my bill was $1800! just for the deep cleaning, $3,235 total which is NOT low cost and I could have gone to a top tier dentist in Marin County for that price. Had I waited a mere two weeks on my hmo plan, I would have had zero copay, instead I have an $1800 bill and still need a crown. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL if you have an HMO plan, they will dissuade you from using your insurance plan coverage and to use their payment plans instead, which are not low cost. Go to a dentist in your network which will save you thousands and not put you in debt with interest payments. My Medicare Advantage HMO 2024 plan is zero copay and covers up to $2k of dental deep cleanings, crowns, etc. with many dentists in my area. Call Medicare and speak to a legitimate representative not a scam insurance company to get the best plan for your situation. Aspen Dental deceptively advertises they accept most insurances and try to keep costs low. I should have been allowed to look into my options and save thousands by using my HMO plan instead. They do not have google reviews, but have just 1.5 stars on Better Business Bureau.

Just scheduled my first appointment. I don't understand why I can't get my cleaning and x-rays done on the 1st visit. I don't have any pressing dental concerns. They could not tell me who my dentist will be. Just that I will get a welcome call from someone. I seem to have retired Just so I could make doctor's visits.

Their office manager in Evansville, IN is horrible and rude. Unwilling to listen to concerns i would avoid using them. They lose records, then want to make you do multiple new-patient intakes before actually providing you care.
