Hello, I am interested. Can you be so kind as to make a video explaining how to use it with a metaquest 3 and pinball fx vr. And also a metaquest 3 with Zaccaria Pinball Vr (on steam vr). I want to know and see how it works with it. Thank you very much
hello does it work with a metaquest 3 and pinball FX VR? and also with zaccaria pinball VR on Steam and with the quest 3? thank you
Yes this should work on all platforms on Steam along with all VR headsets
I love your products! Your always willing to respond to email questions. World class vpin support! 🎉
Love it! Any videos coming for the smaller Pinone control board? I can't find much on it or the install options.
If you just want to get the control board by itself, I don't have any videos on it, but there is good documentation on all the outputs here: pinball-docs.clevelandsoftwaredesign.com/docs/Products/PinOne-Control-Board/ Configuring it is the same as any of the other boards
Thanks, might make something myself as I put it together. This thing is perfect for those with an Atgames ALP who are swapping out their junky hardware. Would be nice to have a simple tutorial for those who are scared off by pin-outs!
Take my money please!!! wait, you already did. just got mine today! thanks excited to get back into vpinball :) maybe someday an expansion box that adds more dof solenoids, knocker, toys, lights, fan etc...that also sits on the desk too. thanks again!
That's expensive as all fuck, at that point you may as well keep saving for a full real cabinet or something.
It's not for everyone, but it is the only option like it for those people who don't have the space. Also, it is commercial arcade quality, so not like a plastic toy. It's welded stainless steel/aluminum with all metal and stainless plunger and high quality gold leaf arcade buttons.
@clevelandsoftwaredesign Where inside the cabinet do you recommend mounting the Pinone board? I am working on my cab currently and about to mount it and curious on your recommendations.
Towards the front/middle of the cabinet is best, but it doesn't really matter. Just so as long as it isn't all the way in the back of the cabinet it will be fine. You can chose the orientation in the config tool so it doesn't matter which way it is facing.
Mission accomplished Phil, you are a vpinball saint! Patience and understanding go a long way in this world!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 thank you!
Exactly the kind of Company I want to deal with...Phillip has that certain extra something..... As a believer i can attest to what that extra something is..That spirit is conveyed in his work and his manner, The Man is definitively worth his hire! Simply put garden of Life turns for it's best when planting good seeds. properly attended bringing fourth much fruit!. Be Blessed! Thx. Phillip
Phil is the man and his products cannot be beat! Appreciate all the help along this vpin journey!
I'm UK based and built a full sized wide body cab using the Extreme kit Phil sells. It has been absolutely fantastic and I am so glad I took the plunge and went for this method. The help received when setting up has been amazing and the quality of the products are truly superb.
Everything I have bought from CSD has made my pinball cab and VR setup work without much time, fuss, wiring and effort. Very Happy
I got into the pinball hobby a few years ago and knew this was going to be a hobby bug like no other that I wasn't going to be able to put to rest. Looking through all the builds, and build plans it seemed like an insurmountable task. Once I found out about Phil's products and CSD's virtual pinball line I was estatic. Once I started ordering, I wasn't let down. Everything from modular design (boards are designed for easily swappable parts just incase they are , to function, to ease of assembly, and the finished product of how good it look in your pinball cabinet are why I will keep coming back as a customer! Peace
Appreciate you, Phil! 90% of all my electronics came from you and beyond pleased with the product and you answering my sometimes crazy questions at 10pm
you're amazing Phil, thanks for all you do and continue to be so innovative in the Vpin world
Phil, I am still running with my Game Room Solutions Mid Size cabinet and the solenoid kit that I bought from you in 2021. The setup is amazing and your review video was a inspiration. I couldn't be happier with your products.
Your kits made it so easy for me to have an incredible vpin, thank you so much!
Got your KLZ25 board kit about a year ago and couldn’t be happier with it. Gets hours of play every week and never failed me. Love to see the product line upgrading and expanding. Keep up the good work man!
Dude you are making me want to quit my job and bring my talents to Cleveland Software Design! Curious if there is something I could bring to the table.
Wow that's awesome! I don't think I have THAT much work at this point though :)
Nice video. Thanks for doing what you do for the VP community :)
One of the best members of the VPIN community. My dude makes great products, gives great support, and is an all around great person. We're lucky to have you!
Love pinball, I got the atgames 4kp and plan to add the physical haptics eventually, will definitely be ordering from you. You're simply amazing, and I'm grateful to have you here among this world, you make it a better place to live. <3
Your products and service are simply the best. Thanks for all you do for the community!
Phil, I gutted my cab and replaced everything with your stuff. Now I understand exactly how everything is hooked up and I couldn’t be happier on how well the cab works now. Really appreciate all of the help you’ve provided.
I set up his full kit with solenoids and SSF, Light Bar and shaker motor in about one day. Quality stuff with good documentation and he answers questions through email or discord really fast. It's been a great experience all around ordering from Phillip and his crew.
I'm a huge fan of your products and services! The vpin community is lucky to have you!
Very nice speech but not true for everyone who purcases your product. I bought the Virtual Pinball Simulator and he advertised it as plug and play but it was not for me. I ended up with a simulator that the flippers work but nothing else works as advertised. His "customer support" is via email to him and wait for him to respond whenever he likes. The setup settings in Steam does not work and I ended up manully programing the buttons and now the flippers, go button and back button no plunger. I am 75 years old so plug and play was perfect for me but it did not work as he states and demonstrated in his video. Buyer beware with the simulator demonstration is not all he claims for me. He did offer to log on to my machine to fix but I do not know him well enough for to allow remote access to my computer. Bottom line it works but not as he has described and it is far removed from a real table and it is pricey IMHO. I do not have the time nor the patience to go back and forth in emails since I work from my home. My time is valuable as well and apparently he feels his time is more valuable than his customers.
Awesome work Phil on what you do for the community. I build my pinball in remembrance of my father and your parts made my machine a lot more closer to home. The quality of the product exceeded my expectation. at first i wanted a few parts to try out, now I'm fully outfitted with your product. thanks again and can't wait to see what next with your company. fully got my support. God bless.
Love your products Philip. I will attest he stands by his products helping you whenever you need him. My VPX powered physical pinball machine runs a PinOne board and even though it's not a traditional use case for a PinOne, it was a treat to use it since it behaved as expected and the supporting apps worked well.
Aloha Phil! Just wanted to confirm its a 5V power supply correct? - I have 5 / 12 / 24 power supply in my cabinet. THANKS as always: SO close to an order :)
Yes, 5v power supply
Awesome show and tell, is there any possibility of building a setup with 32 x 64 HUB75 panels
I have never tried, but with the support only for WS2812B in DOF, currently, it would be a lot of work to get them going.
@@clevelandsoftwaredesign Appreciate the feedback, i was so naive to think a SmartMatrix SmartLED Shield for Teensy 4 from Adafruit would be a magic fix. Thank you
Mine arrived today, and I am already having fun with it.
Here's this exact setup working with the batman66 table. czcams.com/video/I2wpvbnA1is/video.htmlsi=ZtKRm5WNDLe1aD_b I have the last 6 or 7 videos all dedicated to just this Cleveland Software programmed HD Matrix I have my matrix mounted above my full dmd . I recommend running one wire to each panel, don't daisy change because if you want the real images like you see in my video, you'll want all the speed possible. I still have two extra ports for more leds! Buy this kit, ask anyone when I recommend something I'm usually right.
I should also note, everything you see is all Cleveland Software. That's a Cleveland Software flasher bar, Cleveland Software matrix, beacons hooked up to the Cleveland Software main board, my solinoids, plunger, shaker motor, gear motor, all hooked up via Cleveland Software
awesome work
Hi Buddy, i sent you a message on your website but i didn't see any replay. I was asking about the possibility of shipping to brazil. Is it possible? thanks
I must have missed your message for some reason, maybe it got blocked or something. Either way, I can ship to Brazil without an issue, but I know import fees can be quite high so just take that into consideration. I refund shipping to actual cost after it goes out.
@@clevelandsoftwaredesign yeah, i was thinking of buying in small portions. but id like to buy from you. Your main board can accommodate all buttons with led? thanks
@@cinetici Yes, I recommend getting the button kit with it to support the lighted buttons, but all the outputs are available on the main board.
Your tutorials are so helpful, people can go check and see how you have it hooked up, You asked in your one video if people are watching and we are. Thanks
Awesome video! So helpful!!
Does it have a potentionmeter in this kit to make the ball move if you tilt the table?
Yes it has an accelerometer to support analog nudge events
@@clevelandsoftwaredesign Thx budd!
Ordering a kit on payday. So freaking stoked.
This video is SO helpful! Thank you!
Your correct phil, even on a full size cabinet the solinoids should be mounted on the side walls because you'll get the feeling as well as you'll hear the noise louder mounted on the side wall. People who mount it across the cabinet actually are losing out on some of the feeling of the solinoids firing. Exactly the way you have it sounds and works best. Especially once the screen and everything goes in. This is the best kit for anyone building a cabinet. Besides a pc someone builds for you, companies charge $10k for exactly what you just installed. People are crazy who don't buy your kits.
Phil can you send me the program for the matrix? I don't remember seeing it in the email. I haven't felt well or I would have emailed you showing it off, but more likely asking for help. Lol To be honest I was waiting to see if you were going to make a how to setup your matrix video because nobody has your leds in videos yet. But company's are mentioning them.
I just sent you an email, but let me know if you need any help!
Nice!!! Thats the ticket!!! Thanks for sending me your email so fast. I appreciate it!!! This is the way I'm going!!!
Will this work as well for future pin configuration ? Thanks Phil
Yes it is also compatible with future pinball
If I wanted to use the service button that are already on my coin door how would I wire them to the PinOne?
You can connect them using the button expansion board www.clevelandsoftwaredesign.com/pinball-parts/p/button-expansion-board or just directly to the pins that the service board would connect to
I can see this being useful for some people but no DOF is a deal breaker for me. I hope you continue to update both firmwares.
Yes I will continue to support and add enhancements to both. The version with DOF support is still the "main" option but there are a lot of people looking for a true plug and functionality, which is why I added this to the firmware options.
Maybe I missed it but after updating do you have to redo the controllers config in pinup, vpx, etc?
Controller mappings will change, so if you have current mappings, it will need to be updated for the new controller. I will update the documentation showing this soon.
so my first question here is, does this also kill DOF support?
Yes, DOF will not work after you switch to x-input, so it is for people who just want a simple game controller experience
@@clevelandsoftwaredesign Thank you for clarifying that for us. its something that i can assume some people will miss. also thank you for combining the shipping on my recent order from you! I noticed that and I appreciate it very much.
Don’t say it takes only 30 min when it is all pre assembled, tell the full time to do the work to put it all together be honest with the people if you eant followers
Looknlike my idea!
