The Community and Leadership Development Center is resource center at Indiana University.
The CLDC is located in Read Residence Hall in Clark Wing (next to the Hoosier Cafe).
Mission:
The Community and Leadership Development Center is committed to the cultivation of student leaders who embrace pluralism, value change, commit to lifelong learning, and provide service to others.

We played a similar team building game called Cross the Swamp, where there were crocodiles. Same idea, but I was the crocodile and kept stealing their "magic backpacks" These were younger Girl Scouts , but they learned quickly how to work together.

I've played this as an adult and it definitely showed our terrible communication skills, I laugh now but man was I frustrated!
