How can she not have an ATTORNEY present in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Courtroom?!?!
She has attorneys in court but not allowed to have one present in arbitration meetings and she isn't allowed to record it so F Scientos attorneys claim anything she says or reports about what goes on in arbitration is hearsay and excluded from testimony or evidence. It's a sham.

I thought the entire point of a status conference was to tell the judge the status of the arbitration. If there is no record, how can there be an arbitration? In an arbitration there are attorneys for both sides. This is crazy and the Judge just doesn't care about this case at all. Why be a Judge? Poor Valerie, she's just getting screwed and it's just not fair. All the money she has spent is all for not! Sometimes I believe that our Judicial system is bought by the rich.
This judge seems to be bought or influenced or something… but it sways toward the influential, rich.. powerful
It's a status conference on the lawsuit- the lawsuit is still ongoing technically... poor Valerie has to see it through, they're able to abuse the system bc they assume "better" of ppl & lawyers, & following laws, etc. So she has to appeal to a higher court, but endure to be able to say what she's appealing. Soo Ridiculous. Although Scientology succeeded in enforcing the arbitration agreement, she can take the ruling to a higher court, & then sue Scn for not following rules & even more damages ($$$)... theoretically. Someone needs to. But it's essentially a test. It's the process of defining the limits of the law & the courts & limits of "religious"🤮 freedom & institutional abuses, etc. However, THIS is beyond abusive- it doesn't even meet the definition of an arbitration; Scientology just made up the rules & isn't afraid of not following laws bc they think no one will be able to prove they didn't. The laws assume these kind of situations aren't able to occur, so when they are & do... you HAVE to fight to the top & make someone decide what's allowed & whats not. Until then, they can intimidate & screw ppl over w/ the threat of these torturous inquisitions that are arbitration in name ONLY. I don't understand HOW the executive branch can decide whats a religion & the Courts, or judicial branch, doesn't have ANY authority/power to counter it AT ALL. That's not what our government is supposed to be either. The 3 branches should be separate, but equal... right? (Or is that something else?) I just know the Courts/Judicial should ABSOLUTELY have equal authority; thus the ability to DO SOMETHING... whether it's to influence, change, redefine, recategorize- but SOMETHING- to impact: what Scientology is? or what the definition of a "religion" is? AND ANYTHING IN BETWEEN. That's why one shouldn't be able to corrupt one branch, & then drive a train through the rest of the branches & entire government... corrupting "America" & "Democracy", as we know it. It's sickening. The judges see how wrong it is & can't do anything but let the system work it out, & hopefully the ppl have the resilience & dedication to see it through. This is why cults are evil. Our laws can't anticipate or imagine this type of exploitation or unfairness or lack of integrity- even among the lawyers. It's shameful & pathetic.
