I had a dream of an Old man bear spirit. He had a pale face and white hair. He chased after me thinking he was a bear making popping sounds with his teeth and moaning like a bear. Then a child appeared with black hair and the old man bear spirit and the boy were chewing on like a black leach from one end to the other untill the old man bear spirit consumed the child. The boy and the old man were one, the same person. The boy was the man the man was the boy never to really get too old or die as there was youth on his side from the child..I still try to figure out this dream or make sense of it.. Maybe the Dzunukwa was a crazy dream also?

It's awesome to see the Okanagan People embracing the land in utilizing it for vitaculture and tourism. The Okanagan is beautiful, and warm, many tourists might not understand that 7-8 months of the year it's warm and wine country. It seems the funds the community earns are poured back into the community to enrich the youth and that's important. You can have business and sustainability.

That could've been way better. Firstly, you shouldn't be calling Squamish language a dialect, or saying stuff like "there are 14 dialects of Coast Salish": not only it's factually inaccurate, but also adds to the common misconception that Native American languages aren't "real" languages but "merely dialects" and stuff like that. Squamish is a language, not a dialect. Secondly, your comparison of Squamish "inflections" to the land is weird. I have no idea what you mean. The morphological inflections? What could they possibly have to do with the "rhythm of the land"? You could've mentioned some actual features of the language and explain how they're tied to the worldview and the way of life of the Salish people, instead of doing this mystification and vagueness.

Everything is cyclical in nature. This takes us back to the circular - the circle ⭕ itself - a symbolic representation of this special relationship and connection between AND to all. The circle is also representative of the ever important and sacred medicine wheel. We honour and give thanks to the Great Creator, and to the 4 cardinal directions. Our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health can be seen within the 4 different directions, their individual respective sections, and each have a colour and a spirit animal assigned to them within the 4 quarters of the medicine wheel. In order to live a happy, fulfilling and "good" life (as we call it), all of the 4 aspects of our overall health (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual) must be in balance. The medicine wheel helps to provide us with guidance and assistance along our journey to discovering harmony and balance in our daily lives. We can ONLY achieve this once we realize and acknowledge that we're all connected to every part of nature both animate and inanimate (plants, animals, trees; the sky, water, earth and air that appears in the medicine wheel). We are all connected to each other, and to the Great Creator. The Creation Story is a wonderful place to start for more insight. Although each tribe has a slightly different version due to differing details, the overall Creation Story essentially remains the same throughout every version (as do the take aways). 💕✌️❤️🦅🦌🌲🍁🌾

The geometry of the universe is visible. Circle - soul, pyramid - spirit, cube /square/ - body. Standing on four legs /element fire, water, air, earth/ in three planes /spirit, soul, body/. I.e. twelve human qualities - twelve wooden beams. Three wooden beams on one leg. Each element on three levels. Square window - like the thirteenth room - and at the same time the transition to the fifth element, ether - sound, transition between inner and outer world. Your ancestors were very wise, and he hid all wisdom in the tabernacle Kekuli.
