@lanael7278 Start low and work up slowly. I've been using ozone for a long time and it was irritating at first if I used too high of a concentration. Your body needs to build up its antioxidant capacity.

I studied medical engineering for four years and have been responsible for the approval of medical devices for 9 years and can tell you that a laboratory coat says nothing about a person's qualifications. Also, this is just a demonstration video. He doesn't even work on the patient.
