@@vancouverislandrealestate5340 i remember in 2016 when homes for a 4 bedroom were 65,000 to 125,000. It is a hamlet if a place nothing there!
Add some homeless will spice it up a bit. Since it is warmer I am sure Alberta homeless will find enjoying here
