You should have made all of these actions happen much less frequently and less noticeably, so that the cheater keeps playing with the software and doesn't realize what's going on. For example when he wants to throw a grenade through the LMB make so he throws it with the RMB. Make the recoil drive a little more to the left/right. Make it so that firing sometimes doesn't work or stops in the middle of a gunfight

i know that it's been a while and CSGO is now Counter-Strike 2 with probably a whole new engine, but here's a few ideas to consider in case you ever get back to working on this i think it would have been really funny if the firing animation and sound (as well as any other shooting related feedback) were hidden from cheater's point of view when Blood Brothers triggers under certain circumstances... confusing them into thinking their team is under attack due to the blood splatters / headshot sparks, only to then get double confused when their team shouts at them for friendly fire give it a small chance to send the cheater to the single player training mode whenever they are trying to get into a multiplayer match of any kind. it's not as flashy or fun to watch, but it's an insult to their lack of gaming skills if the cheater somehow makes it to the match point on the winning side despite of all the punishments stacked against them, they've deserved a prize: either an instant crash to desktop as the round starts or a lag spike that gets them disconnected from the server
