WoW Panda Remix - 40ish to 70 in 10 seconds
So this is the Wizards strat, and this video shows off the results of the last paragraph of the strat below:
Grind Heroic Dungeons until level 25, and whilst doing it, DONT LOOT the "Bonus Experience" items.
You can loot everything else if you want, or loot nothing and just let it all get sent to your mail, just don't get the Bonus XP items.
Then at 25, do Normal Mogushun Vaults Raid, as each raid boss gives you a 12% experience buff on your cloak.
SAME THING applies here - dont loot the Bonus XP.
Once your done, back to Heroic Dungeon grinds till level 35, then do Normal Heart of Fear Raid, as again each raid boss gives you a 12% experience buff on your cloak.
Continue to leave all the Bonus XP on the floor (and thus in your mail), finish the raid, Heroic Dungeon grind to Lvl 40.
Then, do Normal Terrace Raid as your last raid, getting the final sets of 12% experience buffs on your cloak.
Once you come out - hit up the mail box - grab everything , as at this point your cloak is going to be giving you as much XP Gained Modifier as you can easily grind - depending on the amount of dungeons you have done it should be between 300 and 370%.
Pop all the items from your mailbox - specifically the XP items, and watch your levels PHWOOAAARRRR to 70 (or maybe right next to it depending on if you did some shit 2 boss dungeons) :)

Nah it's a custom hearthstone that is available from a questline (i think), that once earned appears in your toy box as a toy - I think there's like 10 to 15 of them now you can collect, all with a unique effect
