I am sorry, but there is no misconduct or crime, or even wanton cruelty shown here. Air Force security people, the guys who guard air bases with high value aircraft and possible nuclear weapons, need weapons that work. Both lethal and non-lethal. Since we cant legally test TASERs on captured Middle Easterners, no matter how much we are tempted to do so, we must test effects on closest animals to humans. Physiologically speaking. Since TASERING a chimp or gorilla, is probably not a good idea, the closest physiologically compatible animal is the domestic pig. Pigs are not killed by TASER. If they are killed, then TASER is too lethal to be used on humans. Nor is this some kind of fun experiment. This is testing, evaluating, and training. If a pig, being TASED, can run around and jump, that means that human dedicated to a nasty task, or high on drugs, can still present a threat.
