Back in December I ran into a @dustymdouglas pet voice dub and... it immediately hit me as the perfect voice for Billy. For a while, I'd been imagining him with some sort of middle ground between Kevin McDonald, Tom Kenny, Dana Gould, and even Brian Wilson (in his 20s), and it was basically just that. Music is the title theme from SimTunes No reason for this... just pure fun. Felt like one of those things I would've made up as I went along in the MS Paint days. And, walk cycle prep aside... and use of Adobe Animate... that's pretty much exactly what it was.

Animated this in a couple days purely because Jeff Bennett gave one of the islanders on the Island of Beautiful Men on Johnny Bravo the same voice as Dexter's dad (funnily enough, probably before Dexter's Lab was far into development). Animated in Adobe Animate CC, backgrounds painted in Photoshop
