after this starter began to just click without turning over motor. tried to bump twice and it didn't even turn the motor over. white smoke coming from oil tank, no oil. Just did an oil change before this ride and checked a few minutes before this was recorded. on my walk back to the road, i followed my tracks and saw no oil drips. hitch hiked home. gonna go get it in the morning.

    Good review. I’ve got an Arctic Cat Trv. It came with a removable rear seat. The racks are also removable. I bought an over sized rear rack because I do a lot of camping with my machine. I like the fact that the racks are removable. I can switch them out in just a few minutes. My machine is very low also. It also has 12 inches of clearance. Nice machine. I recommend getting a set of 1" wheel spacers from Perfex. Made it much more stable while riding 2up with a loaded cargo box. In regards to carrying spare fuel, I have 3 chinese knock-off Rotopax on my machine. A 10L on the front left and right on the front storage rack, and a 30L on top of the large wrap around cargo box. So 50L of spare fuel, and the 30L fuel tank, thats alot of range. But yes, these these guzzle fuel big time.

      I may eventually get spacers. They just add stress to suspension components is all

      @becomeraptureready Před 6 měsíci

      @justinmochi7323 yea they do, that's why I went with the 1" and not the 1.5" or 2" to try and minimize the stress, and the extra stability is noticeable

      Yeah it's a tank! I think the headlight switch doesn't line up bc it may be the same as the 800 but it also has the accessory lights which may have changed things. Idk. Thanks for the kind words

      That’s what I’m saying. I’m a brute force guy. I just sat on one (cf moto 1000)yesterday and man. It’s huge and it’s heavy and all the storage makes it feel cluttered and crammed into the handle bars.

      @@Ridin_Dirty589 it’s a nice riding machine but I regret selling my brute force to by this one the brute force was paid for 2 it’s way more fun to flick and ride aggressively with that said the cforce rides better is faster but it’s a tank it ride rough trails like a Cadillac but after having it a bit it’s just to big and makes me worried about what if cause I have almost flipped it and it would take a hulk to turn it back up right

    That's a fair amount of power. Stage 4 elka is gonna be a huge difference. I seen a really nice quad in Ocala trail system looks kinda like your Honda but it had a 525 KTM motor.. I believe that's what he said. Anyway it had the elka and all the other goodies. Very nice trail machine with front and back independent suspension

      Thanks for the compliments. Sounds like a polaris 525. I was gonna get one of those before the xx but I've had issues with polaris quality in the past

    How big is that fuel tank? Looks very cool. Have you figured out what miles you can get on full tank of fuel for longer trail rides?

    • @justinmochi7323
      @justinmochi7323 Před 9 měsíci

      It is an ims 4.8 gallon tank. With the fuel pump it is about 5 total. When I'm riding hard I'd say I'm getting a little under 20 miles to the gallon but I can definitely squeeze 100 miles out of a tank if I need to

      @justinmochi7323 I had the 3.2 on my KTM 450. If I was exploring I could get about 110 miles but I just got Clarke 5 gal. For the banshee. Have not tested it out yet. Frame is about to be powder coated. Just waiting on more parts.

      @dudeinshorefishing6829 powder coated frame is end game for me. In a few winters I'll send the motor out for a new crank and transmission and while it's out I'll do the frame too. Good luck with yours
