The biggest struggle I have is not being able to make a stable view count for every video. Overall I think it's ok so far but I still have videos with very little views. And if I'll be able to get a good brand deal and that exact one flops, I'll be so frustrated and it will feel like I've let the brand down and I loose the courage to do it again with a different brand
@@TheTechUnravel you can't assume that you'll be letting the brand down if it doesn't get identical views from previous videos. Of course some Brands will care about that but not all do. It's critical to identify what the success metrics are at the outset
@@CreatorWizard I'm trying not to assume this but it's hard not to think they're mostly looking into views alone. And not all brands thinking like this is definitely true. That's why several of them have came back for other collabs

Packages are always the secret. Not only does it create hierarchy but feels like you can choose your own adventure as well (as the brand). It's something I've been doing for 2 years now and have had great success with. BTW, shot you an email Justin :D

*"You have prescribed me a solution without knowing my problems."* When I heard that at the beginning of the video, I knew -- I KNEW -- it had to be in response to an antiquated "Gold, Silver, Bronze" package. It's so antiquated and off-putting. That nonsense started with accountants telling organizers, "If you sell 3 Gold, 5 Silver, and 10 Bronze packages, we'll have enough." Well, what happens if everyone wants Gold? It's lazy and it leaves money on the table.

It's definitely an art & science. My go-to is analyzing the marketing org hierarchy at each brand using tools like LinkedIn.
