It's interesting how many people miss the point of this musical. It's not to mimic the "Peanuts" characters directly but to give an adult's impression of them.

I saw you last Wednesday in Rock Island. I couldn't stop thinking about your energetic performance. A stark contrast from the energy in the audience...from the standpoint I think I was the youngest person in the audience by a long shot. Considering how often I go to various theaters in my travels, I don't say this really...well ever. Truly I think I've been to thirty to fifty theatrical performances in the past year on my way to various meetings. You just had a certain energy, and wanted to encourage you to stay in theater. I really enjoyed your portrayal of Beverly(etc). The rest of the cast held up a good show as well, but your timing was impeccable and your spark was terrific. At one point I noticed your closed eyes fluttering as you were intensely waiting your line's arrival....and you hit it right when you should have, in the rapid flurry of the portrayed conversation. Anyway, I've said enough, I loved it and keep acting. Oh the widget on your website doesn't seem to be working at least on Android. Likely it relies on a library file which is either not present anymore on the web, or not present in my phone's browser or OS. It did link to your youtube channel though at the bottom, so here I am.
