THE COCKTAIL & SPIRITS EDUCATION PROGRAM FROM IDL IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE LVA
There has been a big increase in demand for cocktails in the last 12 months. IDL in partnership with the LVA are delighted to present a series of videos to enable you to take advantage of this growing trend. Whether it is on premise, outdoor or takeaway, cocktails are in demand. One of the main reasons cocktails have been so popular with your customers is that they find it very difficult to replicate them in the home.
We will demonstrate how to make cocktails, in a consistent and cost-effective way! Once you are shown these skills you will never look back. In these broadcasts you will be shown the skills to make the top 5 most popular cocktails. We will also show you how to, step by step, create each cocktail and what you will need. You can offer you customers all 5 or pick 1 or 2 that you feel suit your business needs best. We will also be giving education tutorials across several of the spirit categories.
