    But Authority is doing oppurtunity loss. They can easily sell residential plots on 50,000/- per mtr and use gains for Development. By the current scheme response it is very clear that they are selling on very low prices and doing oppurtunity loss. As Private players like ACE is selling at 1,30,000 per mtr.

    सारे अयोग्य लोग CEO बनकर बेठे हैं। ये प्रॉपर्टी डीलर जैसा ब्यवहार कर रहे हैं। सपने बेच रहे हैं। एक भी सेक्टर बसा नही, 2009 की अलॉटमेंट को अभी तक प्लाट पोजीशन दे नही, फिर भी हर महीने प्लाट स्कीम लेकर आ जाते हैं। YEDA और इसके CEO एक फ़्रॉड अथॉरिटी बनकर रह जायेगी। आप कोई सेक्टर पूरी तरह बसाओ फिर आगे बढ़ो। ये आएगा वो आएगा... इसके अलावा कुछ नही। कुछ करकर दिखाओ।

      @@tosamk it is highly congested society and also the approach road becomes narrow in front of the society. There are 510 flats in just 3 acres... If you see the ingress and egress of the society... Two cars can't even pass

    SKA builder is not a customer oriented group.....Sales team is very unprofessional....Owner is not transparent with sales strategy with the sales team and they make fake commitments.....SKA destiny land parcel lies between Two stuck projects....poor location...not worth 9500 rate....Builder demanding anything 😂

      9500 is too much… had it been walking distance from metro then it would be good but it’s far and near to village ….SKA group construction is good
