I cook good food for my beautiful family and friends. I’m not a chef but i love cooking. Since I live in Turkey, it is not easy to get all the ingredients as in Thailand or as in some other country. Living here, I learned to cook by adjusting the ingredients or find somthing that can substitude for my cooking. I also learned to grow my own Thai vegetable.
Kitchen and garden are my favourite peaceful space. They brings me joy, it is my absolute passion!

Why don’t u just buy rice noodles?
Depends on where you live, some rice noodles are make from cotton seeds oil especially in Southern California. I don’t buy fresh rice noodles at all.

I used a strainer to cook one quarter cup of basmati rice but the rice is hard and dry. Do you know why? Am I using too little rice? Thanks for the video.
You cannot use Basmati rice to make Thai sticky rice. If you want to cook Basmati, I suggest you use a rice cooker.
