For me personally Spanish "r" is the hard one, English "r" i wasn't even recording as R at the beginning It's something like "a" "e", it wasn't even feeling as an R for me 😂 you don't even put your tongue as for regular "r" (regular for me, like in Ukrainian or Russian) But Spanish r is the most "rrrr" R sound for me

Spanish R's will be in the front of your mouth. Most of spanish will be. English is one of the few if not the only languages that uses the middle of your mouth for most sounds. When learning most latin based languages you'll want most of your sounds to come from the front of your mouth including ones you think you're pronouncing well and you can feel the difference. Its hard to explain but maybe look at how people are pronouncing things instead of hearing

This is also the same thing that R trills are doing, but constantly several times in a second. I personally cant do a spanish R trill, but the light d is a good substitute for that as well and most people talking fast will use it instead of a proper trill anyway

Actually, the "r" sound used by the speakers from the US is rather unusual compared to other languages in the world. The tap or rolled "r" is much more common.

for a spanish speaker it sounds so weird that you think our R as a D... Your "hard R" is a lot more complicated to do with the tongue, you have to roll it strangely, but the spanish "soft R" (as in "hablar") has a much easier tongue position. Also, "hablad" and "hablar" are different words in spanish, so try not to confuse those sounds (though most people would incorrectly use hablar instead of hablad in the imperative form, so maybe they are not that different at all)

The way I think of it is more like a soft t, like in the words "lotta" (lot of) and "gotta" (got to).

Well depending on where you are it could be either a trilled R or the "d", which for the latter, if you pronounce properly, record it and then play it back at super slow speed, will notice that it IS a trilled R but "trilled" only once instead of repeatedly. PS. I can understand why you think it is a "d" but the tongue position for this "d"'R is quite different to how it would be for making an actual "D" sound.
