I’m looking forward to practicing my flower painting with this tulip tutorial. I was curious about how much paint you pre-mixed. It would have been helpful to see that. I never seem to mix enough.

I really don't like the look of that brown tape on a finished painting. If I wanted to try to sell a painting I would not want that mess underneath a mat or a frame!

Depending on the language you speak, you might have the concept of light blue being something entirely different from dark blue and consequently have a different word for it. In Russian, for example, golouboy (голубой) is light blue, siniy (синий) is dark blue.

Brilliant. For me this is the most useful you tube tutorial on drawing I have ever watched. Good subject; clearly and well taught.

Watercolour hasn’t the depth of oils I’ve an portrait of ZORRO on my wall in oils first time painting With anything once I learned how it was done the rest was easy. I like conferring with other artists I don’t get the feeling “ look what I can do….”

The difference? I’ve a TON of Acrylics paint tubes I’ve never used. I used to paint in oils but a friend of mine said there are guys out there can make Acrylic look like oils!?. Boy I never got around to using them ! But FULL steam ahead now I’ve got ideas Coming from my ears😂

Paint a Chicago street at night after rain? Without black?

That cat is from my favourite: the black panther I’ve got a print on my wall.There coat has a tint of red? My cats coat had a beautiful Black deep, like boot polish I recon the shine would have given him away as far as mice were concerned.
