I would like to elaborate how Barkha Dutt very conveniently has said "Hindu women are not allowed into temples". Like seriously a journalist using her platform to spread misinformation at this level. She is referring to the Sabrimala case wherein menstruating women are not allowed just because the Hindus believe their temples to be a place of different energies. Hindus believe their gods are living being, and particularly in this temple a celibate is the main deity. That's the sole reason for prohibiting menstruating women to the temple. There exist certain temples where even men are prohibited because regulations are dependent on the deity being worshipped in the temple. It has got nothing to do with gender but a religious belief of energies. Even though my stance which is absolutely based on facts would not resonate well with Islam sympathizers, nonetheless India has a spine to take to the courts if such practices come to light. The Apex court's decision takes precedence in India. The rule of secular law at least prevails in India where Hindus are in majority. Stop spreading misinformation and as the speaker said "for 30 mins focus on the actual topic".
