"Attack the 64" is my version of a console challenge where I attempt to beat nearly every N64 game ever made. That includes Japanese only releases. All in release date order. All of these games are played on RGB Modded N64 with HD Retrovision Component Cables and a RetroTink 4K upscaler. Either an original N64 cartridge from my collection or Everdrive-64 X7.

When I first played the game I knew nothing about the story or the goal of the level. Especially when you are 8 years old and don't understand a word of English
didnt seem like you enjoyed this at all. gg. it was good to see a childhood favourite run to completion.
This shit took my boy and I a month on Jedi mode. This is a wild run!
I found this game to be so frustrating. I wish it only had the cross hair style of aiming because the golf like aiming is way too sensitive.

This game mastered boss battle atmosphere literally the leviathan and the 3rd level boss battles are so creepy just bc of the desolate and void nature of those levels
This game is already better than James Bond Jr NES. There's more than one music track for the majority of the game.
I loved this game, but the difficulty really ramps up as you progress. Would always get to, but never past the fortress stage.
That mission is extremely difficult on higher difficulty settings!

Nothing yet. It looks like they still have about a third of the missions to complete and that doesn't include checking for bugs and crashes.
What exactly happened on the rescue on kessel mission?
All you have to do is disable the train with ion cannons. For whatever reason this is the only mission where the X-Wing gets equipped with Ions so you can beat the mission super fast.
The sad thing about this game is that is had so much potential to be one of the greatest games ever they just made it WAY too easy. The controls, graphics, style, engine, everything is so smooth and awesome. They just made the damn thing way too easy. You don't actually race, you just get in 1st place and then drive to the finish every time
This makes me wonder what other n64 rom hacks there are BESIDES JUST ZELDA AND MARIO.... Shure there great and all... But I will like variety of my other liked n64 games like banjo-kazooie or like this or like idk some other game that was a great time to mess around with this video. Makes my nostalgic mind run with fun what-ifs and exciting wondering if its an actual thing or not any how I never REALY WATCHED the original 007 movies and or tv but from the few I seen.. There nice.. .probably go and see them again any way I think u did good on this video keep it up :)

Why is the dagobah boss already half dead? I mean with all the body parts/shells/eyes missing?
There's a trick which requires a small pixel window. If you keep him from spawning, by not running along the bottom of the level, and drop into the boss fight within that pixel window you can despawn his parts before you start the fight. The more you miss the window by the fewer you despawn.

The hitboxes on the challenge points are beyond stupid. Not only that, but that racing level is annoying as crap. That vehicle is very hard to control. So, I'd say if you want to do better, learn the run and post yours. Otherwise, shut up.

This was my most played game when i was young. I actually wanted to do a run where i destroy all enemies... But the ice cave made emit very difficult. Funniest thing: i unlocked Mao Mao by accident. Had something to do with mashing the C buttons on the menu screen Volks relationship with Spanky is quite hilarious.
I only found the two alternate routes in the Ice Cave a few year ago, long after playing it on the N64. No idea if it is even possible to kill all enemies in that level.

You don't need to use the cables at all. If you can spam the snowspeeder laser fast enough, you can kill the first two on the first pass. For the third one he used the damage from his snowspeeder crashing into the head and then respawning. Which was faster than going around for another attack to deal the final bit of damage.

Worst racing game on N64. Even Carmageddon 64 has a better framerate and more variety. Driving around in circles in NASCAR 99/2000 is more fun than GT 64. At least Automobili Lamborghini and Multi-Racing Championship have a playable framerate and interesting tracks. Monster Truck Madness 64 gets a lot of hate but it's mindless fun. Even AeroGauge plays better if you play on Expert after a bit of practice (easier difficulties are paradoxically harder for some reason).
When I first played this it took me an hour to beat the ATST in the base because I didn't know better.
