I'd like to share something that's been on my mind lately. I recently had the opportunity to work with someone who truly stood out with their leadership skills. It was number 27 on our team, and I was impressed with everything they brought. Not only did they possess excellent communication skills, but they also had a clear vision for our team and the game we were playing. They could make decisions quickly and effectively, which helped us stay organized and on track. But what stood out to me was their empathy and adaptability. They were always willing to listen to others and consider their thoughts and feelings when making decisions. And when things didn't go according to plan, they could adapt and pivot in a way that kept us moving forward. Another thing that I admired about number 27 was their accountability and delegation skills. They were always willing to take responsibility for their actions, but they could also delegate tasks to others in a fair and efficient way. And, of course, their confidence and motivation were infectious. They inspired the rest of us to do our best and strive for greatness. But most importantly, number 27 had a strong sense of integrity and problem-solving skills. They always did what was right, even if it wasn't the easiest thing to do. And when faced with challenges, they were able to come up with creative solutions that helped us to overcome any obstacles in our way.

Number 27 truly has a leader mentality. He has Communication Skills, Vision, Decision-Making, Empathy, Adaptability, Accountability, Delegation, Confidence, Motivation, Integrity, and Problem-Solving. He truly inspires the other players.
