This company is a total scam avoid at all costs otherwise you will loose your money and not recieve your outfits either. Lost nearly £ 350 pounds after placing an order and they have delievered to a wrong address due to their own fault and now they are ignoring my calls and messages and they have been saying for nearly 2 weeks that they will sort it. So we ordered 2 outfits for my wedding as we have ordered from them in the past and had a good experience but after this time never again. As we had a positive experience previously we decided to place our wedding outfits order from Aandaz Fashion; after making payment for the outfits, this is when things started to go wrong. The outfit design we chose and paid for apparently 2 days later they did not have the material for them so we were asked to pick alternative designs. When in actual fact at the time of placing the order the person who assisted us told us he was checking with the manufacturing team to see if they could make the outfit i.e. check if they had material etc. We refused to pick alternative designs as they were horrible and cheap looking and it seemed this was the start of a downward spiral of experience with this fradulant company. They happily took our money which was nearly £350 must I add for a design we liked and then once payment was recieved they started to offer us alternative designs which were horrible and cheap. We stood firm and said we want the design we picked initially or not at all. After some discussions they apparently were able to get the fabric and the design we initially chose. We then thought this was the end of the matter however it was only the beginning. During the time from placing the order till delivery we were not kept informed once of the status of our order unless we asked them. Which was contradictory to what they initially promised prior to taking money that we would be fully informed of the outfit tailoring and delivery, which was a lie. They then shipped the outifts and I only came to know this as I had an email from the courier company to advise of delivery dates not actually a contact from Aandaaz Fashion themselves as promised. The parcel had then been delievered but not to us at our current address but a previous address we used where we no longer live. This delivery took place nearly 2 weeks ago yet until this date we have have not recieved the outfits as they have been delievered to a previous address we used when we ordered from them. The reason they gave was a system error however during the process of us placing this order me and my partner has given them the correct address at least 5 times, yet they still delivered to the old address where we no longer live. They then had the audacity to ask us to pick up the parcel from that address, when we actually live 3 hours away from that address now. They have constantly asked us to give them time to sort it out and they say we will get back to you within 24 hours and they never do I have to always chase them for a update of which there is none. The courier who delivered the parcel has refused to pick up the parcel and rightly so it was not their mistake and now Aandaaz Fashion have apparantly tried other ways to get the parcel to us with no success constantly asking for more time to sort it out. Ultimately in the end I didn't recieve the parcel and had to go through my my bank to raise a dispute to recoup my money. Avoid at all costs, their stupid mistake delayed our wedding and their customer service once the payment has been made is non existent and very poor never in my experience of shopping online has a company asked a customer to pick up their mis delivered items! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
