Born and raised here in SWFL pine island area since 1994!, my main purpose of this channel is to show you don't need a 30k $ flats boat to go out and get on some inshore fish. How I do that is by taking my 11 foot Boston whaler equipped with nothing but a trolling motor, small livewell, and a tiller motor out into "flats boat" territory. Rain shine sleet or snow. Shallow water, deep water, rough waves. we take it all on in our little boat and get on fish just like the big boys do!

A Beautiful sunrise and light winds made way for an epic day of top water fishing for Redfish and Snook. The water was shallow but the fish were biting!

we saw a full moon night with light wind so we grabbed our fishing poles and headed out for some night fishing. usually we wouldn’t start night fishing until late into the summer, but the water has been super warm so we gave it a try. Casey caught a big snook and nice redfish to start the night. the bite slowed but we were still able to catch some fish here and there plus have a few good laughs...
