From an enterprise perspective: This tool is great (if you need ad-hoc analysis of data as a student, researcher, small firm owner), but it will not replace traditional BI or data analytics tools. Reasoning: 1) Business data might come from multiple data sources, it might need aggregation, specific KPIs n metrics, data cleansing, data modeling, data mapping, data identification, data transformation, domain knowledge, industry knowledge. 2) Business users will not upload files every time to ChatGPT to search for answers. They need live dashboards with just one click they can find results (that too with real time data integration, fully automated). 3) Creating charts n generating graphs is not a big thing, the challenge lies in solving data (identification, sorting, merging, cleansing, modeling, transforming, story telling) 4) Data privacy and security are of major concern (though openAI says it’s safe, many EU companies still don’t trust) 5) Cost needs to be taken into consideration (limited API tokens) 6) UI/UX will play a major role for adaption by business users Please comment your thoughts. I would like to add that training data, in order to be effective, has to be processed. It needs to be cleaned up, tagged and annoted. Also, examples of the type of work you want the GPT to perform or produce need to be included wthin that training data. Preparing training data is a bit lengthy and complicated but the good news is that there are programs out there that can automate many of these tasks.

You can upload a total of 20 documents per GPT, and each document can be a maximum of 512 MBs in size; that means each GPT has a total of 10GB available for there knowledge base. Lastly, your account has an overall total of 100 GBs available for your GPTs Knowledgebases. Youre welcome. 😊

I have made a custom GPT called Smart Vision image/text analysis it is 5x + smarter than base-model, it understands the complex Its unlike anything before and is ready completely for new vision features for 4o specifically, it will drastically improve how accurate the details seen can be conversed, and also an example i’ve been \using is upload an image of a cloud that looks like multiple things but it can be interpreted, the one i have made recognised it was a rabbit but not even a random human guessed it every time now on 1st shot so it knows when something is unusual about an image even if you dont say anything is, it can also do iq test image reasoning pattern questions relatively well It kind of even understands real logic games when giving good instruction but is limited there by the model not the instruction *IMPORTANT* just gotta follow the instructions given to get the right seed its 1 in 2 chance or so i have absolutely no idea why it needs that. Just paste the conversation starter and you’ll understand what to do.

What recording tool did you use to follow your mouse?

Apart from the interface most of this isn't needed anymore with the Open AI Assistant API. It includes: function calling and RAG.
