I bought a new car that was owned by a Snooker legend!
Ordinarily, I would not buy a Chrysler 300C ( poor man’s Bentley) as I have owned several Rolls-Royce’s and Bentley’s. However, I was messaged on a social media account by a random person saying they had this special Chrysler 300C SRT Design for sale, a car not usually on my radar as it’s too low calibre for me.
After speaking to the seller of the car it turns out that it was formerly owned by a celebrity Snooker player Willie Thorne, the car was bought for him back in 2010 by Champions PLC his sporting agent, based in Loughborough.
The owners I bought it from thought I could do something good with the car, due to being in the National Papers and TV with my previous cars and the fact that it was celebrity-owned as well; due to the background of the car it has allowed me to publish articles in the Newspapers on it.
Even though it’s powered by the Mercedes 3.0 litre turbo Diesel v6 producing 218 bhp and 378 IB-FT of torque, power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed automatic gearbox, the car takes ages to get up to speed!

Some years ago I bought a Merc S320 from an Asian gentleman. I later discovered it was previously on a private plate GAZ 1. Yup, it had been Gazzer's and it was a complete disaster. Moved it on quickly. Lost £5k. You live and learn!

I'm curious I owned a Bentley turbo R, but I'm looking at a 1980 Rolls Royce Silver Wraith. I have not driven a 1980 Rolls Royce Silver Wraith which one has a smoother ride?

We’ll done, I respect you, I commented a long time ago about your silver spirit and since then I’ve bought a 1991 silver spur, you were the one that showed me it’s possible to get insured on one of them at 21, in which if anything made me buy it, still to this day it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made. Keep on making these videos, they make a difference

I bough my second 1995 Jaguar XJ6 Pearl White with 92,000 on the clock last year. It is my daily driver now. My 1995 Jaguar Vanden Plas is my weekend driver, 170,000.00 miles on the clock. My high school car, a 1996 Jaguar Vanden Plas lasted me for 15 years as a daily driver and reached 380,000.00 miles on the clock, before I donated the car to charity. Yes, I do service my Jags all by myself and I learned them A to B, so nothing will surprise me any more in terms of repairs. Those engines and gearboxes can last past 500,000.00 miles without major rebuilt. The AJ16 4.0 Liter engine can last 1,000,000.00 miles without touching the timing chains ore replacing the harmonic balancer (depending on the climate). I only use Castrol and Bosh Products for my Jags. I only drive these models and I could not be happier as a classic Jaguar enthusiast. My intent on both of my Jags is to reach 400,000.00 miles respectfully , so I have 10 to 20 years to achieve that. When most of you drive electric cars, my Jags will definitely stand from the crowd as a historic relics from the last century.
You have a proper enthusiasm for jaguars and putting high mileage on them which is good. Electric cars arent the future petrol and synthetic fuels all the way 👍
Me too Jaguar enthusiast been nuts about Jags since a child. I have a stunning XJ8 24 years old, one previous owner 46k miles.Lots of people admire I smile and say thanks. Jaguar comes under a lot of criticism about reliability 😮 mine is reliable. I also got a 6ltr Bentley and a 3ltr Lexus. I love my big V8 cat.😊
