    I (not a professional) would try the butter and red meat with the little bit of carbs you were having. So have more saturated fat and red meat and see if that improves those heart health markers. That I would try, I want to have labs done soon too

    Peanut oil shouldn't be included in the list of other seed oils you mentioned. Peanuts aren't seeds, they're tubers. It's a fairly healthy alternative to other seed oils.

    Dr. Solt noticed that TG went up and said as they were still low it was ok. She also noticed that HDL slightly decreased. Ok too, for her. But obviously she failed to notice that as TG increased and HDL decreased in the same time, the TG/HDL ratio increased by 58% from 0.52 to 0.82 which is no longer a "slight" change. A TG/HDL of 0.82 is not bad as it is still under 1.65 (for women) but a 58% increase for this important marker should certainly not be considered as an improvement. TG/HDL is an excellent surrogate for insulin resistance (IR) and CVD risk. So, what should you do Lillie? Have a blood work in a few months to check if your TG/HDL didn't increase again and is still in a healthy range. If it isn't anymore come back to your previous diet. Focus more on TG/HDL and less on LDL or ApoB. Explain to your doctor why TG/HDL is an important risk marker. Eventually, remind your doctor that when both x and y increase by 30% their product x*y increases by almost 70 % !

    Keep in mind that your “reference level” markers are based on an average of healthy (so called) people who eat the Standard American Diet (SAD). The numbers you were looking at may actually be optimal for someone eating a proper human diet (aka Carnivore Diet). Unless you are experiencing negative symptoms, I would use those numbers as your baseline and go on.

    I have been eating egg coffee after frothing it. It's delicious, but I suspect I am allergic to the egg whites. I am doing Anthony Chaffess carnivore challenge & I do enjoy not thinking or craving sweets. I am leary of getting my blood work done after hearing you had to swith things around. I started the carnivore diet to help with my thyroid & skin intolerant to fruits & veggies. Hopefully, I will be able to continue with this way of eating.

I just liked to know what is your blood type, cause I'm blood type A and I heard that eating meat or vegetables can be good or bad based on your blood type, and since there's no much about it, it'd be interesting to know yours :D

    I’ve had to cut out all supplements and I bet like the doctor you interviewed, she’s on a bunch of supplements. Make sure to cut out all plant oils including olive and certainly no vegetables especially greens.

    Any skin issues means leaky gut, according to dr. Natasha Cambell McBride only bone broth and meat stock for few months will fix them properly. Her gaps protocol is very easy and she's an amazing person.

    Does she eat chicken liver or other organs. There's some vitamin C in those. If you're planning to go away from straight carnivore. I eat plant based similar to Paul saladino. I would look into what I feel started carnivore which is Paleo. That way you know how to properly prepare foods. Like beans are supposed to be soaked overnight. Or you can pressure cook them and rise to remove anti-nutrients. Almost all night shades should be cooked. Never eat a green potato, it's toxic. I wouldn't just start eating raw broccoli because broccoli can affect the thyroid is not cooked. Anybody that has thyroid issues know that cruciferous vegetables can affect the thyroid.

    i had a huge reaction to goats milk yogurt and it took me 2 years to find it. originally i didnt but after the yogurt was reformulated to be thicker, I had problems, since i had been eating it for years I didnt put 2 and 2 together.

    Why would you want your ferritin lower? 153 is ideal. You don’t want your levels to drop below 120 at all.
