The backhoe seat sucks. Someone should redesign it.
4 wheel drive?
Anyway to get more power to the backhoe
This was really helpful. Maybe reshoot with someone holding the camera. Just sayin. Thanks
I cant engage the rear PTO at idle. It's a very harsh engagement and kills the engine. I have to bump the RPMs up to around 1600-1700 to keep the engine from being choked out. Its still a very hard engagement but the tractor stays running. Anyone else have this issue?
Where can I get one of the pressure relievers?
Thanks for the comment, what model do you have?
@@weldcojcb it would be for a JCB 505-20 telehandler
@@jberkos1 i believe on those you are just going to push the hose further "into" the machine before you pull out and that should bleed off the pressure, does that make sense?
@@weldcojcb hmm kinda. I’ve never tried that. But I know it’s a nightmare trying to get attachments back onto that machine. But I’ll give it a try and let you know what happens.
@@jberkos1 That should work for you
Watched a lot of these lately. This is the most informative that I’ve ever seen! Nice job!! Thanks
Thank you for the positive feedback! Thank you for watching and commenting!
The whole purpose of making a video is to show-and-tell. When the audio is pure garbage, there is no point in uploading it.
That's why we made a new version. Feel free to find it on our channel. Thanks for watching and commenting

Wow! You took my fear of fumbling around and possibly breaking something away. Phenomenal job, sir!
Thank you very much! Thank you for watching and commenting. Feel free to give us a follow
Lots of knowledge, thanks for passing it on...
You're welcome, thank you for watching and commenting!
Just getting used to my 2023,and it's important to be careful. Learning how to use the new tractor only makes sense.
Thank you for the comment and for watching!
Definitely. More information the better
I am looking at a new leftover 2022 and am wondering if there is any difference between it and a 2024. Does the year affect resale value as on a car?
I apologize, i didn't see this comment come through. I'm sure you'll get a better deal on the 2022, but year doesn't matter as much as hours on tractors. No changes from 2022 to 2024 models.
Thank you - very helpful
If only every instructional video were this good. Bravo.
Great video! Thank you for making it.
Would be nice if massy created 2 couplers for hydraulic hoses when backhoe is removed, to hold hoses up and out of the way.
Solid! Is there a way to get a 216t into a float mode?
Can you do one for the newest 2024 TeleSkid with Factory Backup camera and no analog gauges>
2 Steps ahead of you. Check our other videos and you'll see it. Thank you for watching and commenting!
Grease!!!!!!
at exactly 4:14 anything can happen and your hand does not look safe at all ! ...... I will never, never do that ! I am sorry, don 't get me wrong.
I believe it is very unsafe procedure .........
why is that?
Please go see a doctor and get that breathing looked at.
Hi, just bought a 2017 teleskid with a beacon light on roof. It plugs into a socket at edge of roof near upper front corner of the door. Can't figure out how to turn it on!???
I'm trying to remember, is it tied into the front lights? I don't have one of this model here currently to try.
Very helpful but I should have entered the 1835e. Oops
You got a part number for that left joystick for that machine
Great tractor bud I'm looking to buy a 1735 wondering if you have any info. On the 1735 thanks Rick
Sorry, somehow missed this comment coming through. The 1735 and 1740 have been replaced with an 1835E or 1835M and 1840E or 1840M. Where are you located?
Baaaaa haaaa looks gay as f 😂
I reckon there two-week mind twisted
not sure what you are trying to say, but thanks for commenting!
Nice job.
Very good could you do one on the computer screen? Tks
We have one on that model as well, thank you for watching and commenting. Just go to our channel and you'll find it there.
will the jcb go into float mode with loader in the air and down pressure applied?
Yes it will
You have great tutorials. You should get better audio though.
Great video! Audio not good.
Great video, I’m glad you explain about engaging the PTO first and then revving up the RPM. I’m hoping to get the 1725 next year
Thank you for watching and commenting, i hope you get to purchase a new Massey soon!
I'm sitting in a Tele lift now and the grey switch on the joy stick tilts forks. Right stick extends boom out left stick brings it in.
What model are you in? What year?
Great video. Very helpful
Excellent video. I just bought a 2022 used GC1725M and I'm learning about it and this video helped explain a few things I was not sure about! Thank you!
Perfect, thank you for watching and commenting Robert!
Can the seats be replaced with ones that have arm rest
You're better off just adding the arm rests to your existing seat. Holes are already there for installation and you can order the armrests through your local agco dealer parts department. Thank you for watching and commenting!
I'm confused on lowering the belly mower vs 3 point. Same lever? What distinguishes which one you are lowering? I don't think you explained this when talking about the speed and height levers vs the control lever.
Sorry about the confusion on this. The same lever will raise and lower the belly mower as well as the 3-point. You can control the height it lowers the belly mower to by adjusting the knob that would be by your left heel as you are sitting on the seat on the tractor. It has numbers 1-5. That knob will control how low you can set the belly mower down. One thing you can do is turn that knob to the locked position, with it in the locked position you can raise and lower the 3 point without raising and lowering the belly mower. However, there is no feature that allows you to raise and lower the belly mower without raising and lowering the 3-point. That can be kind of confusing, please let me know if further clarification is needed. Thank you for watching and for the question!
Nice review of switches and buttons. Great job. Now I have a good idea what the operator has to fiddle with while operating his JCB skid steer. Thanks. 👍🏽🤠 10/3/23
Where did you hide the 3 point top link? Oops never mind I found your answer to previous comment. Thanks for the videos!
Really helpful! Thank you.
Jesus I almost thought you were gonna make the alarm sound for the rest of the video!!!
I can't take mine out of 4wd. Any suggestions?
if you go forward just a touch and then go in reverse while you pull up on the lever it should come right out.
@@weldcojcb i will try thanks
Went step by step, now what did you do with the top adjusting bar, thanks for the video
Sorry we didn't do a good job of showing that. Flip that silver bracket down that holds the top link up in the air like a "stinger" then the top link should go straight down and be out of the way. We should have done that in the video at the same time that we tucked the 3 point arms up behind the bungee strap. Hope that helps!
Thanks for the updated video! Sound is way better!
I just bought a used 1533 and there's enough commonality that this was very helpful! I've ordered manuals but they're not here yet.
Looks like an informative video, but sound sucks
Yep, that's why we made a new video of the same stuff with improved sound
@@weldcojcb cool! I'll have to watch it! Thanks!
What does the joystick deadband reduction do? Manual does not describe its function. There is no calibration screen with it on like a gaming controller with deadband reduction.
Awesome video. THank you
