    Earls menu is interesting and exciting. The atmosphere is great. You can tell that the business actually has respect for the staff as it reflects on their professionalism and service. Not like that Moxie's fly by night operation.

    Ill never walk in the door of an Earls Restaurant again... And I haven't been in one since they started serving "Animal Sacrifice" that is for pagan gods and devil worshippers ( Halal/Muslims)

    And now Earl's has implemented mandatory gratuties in the form of a 16% hospitality charge. So if your waitress has done a wonderful job tending to your needs, and through no fault of hers, your steak was under-cooked, your salad was sub-standard or the washrooms weren't clean, doesn't matter. Earl's New Marxist policy, in line with the NDP gooberment, takes that gratutiy from you and evenly distributes it to all staff, incompetent or not, motivated or not, friendly or not. That extra level of service you pay extra for and have come to enjoy at dining establishments, will soon be reduced to McD's and Taco Bell caliber. The tax man is going to love this one, much easier to track.

    It's awesome, I actually work at the Earls in Medicine hat through the summer in the kitchen because I'm enrolled in Culinary School already and now I just learned about this red seal program. :DD
